GAS TO BE TRANSPORTED. 1.1 Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereof, Transporter agrees to receive, on a firm basis, from Shipper for Transportation at the Receipt Point(s) specified in Exhibit “A” and to transport and deliver Thermally Equivalent Quantities to Shipper at the Delivery Point(s) specified in Exhibit “A,” Quantities of Natural Gas, exclusive of Quantities required for fuel used and lost and unaccounted-for Gas, up to Shipper's TMDQ. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s TMDQ is 611 Dth per day. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s DMDQ is equal to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s TMDQ.
1.2 Shipper will reimburse Transporter for fuel used and lost and unaccounted-for Gas on an in-kind basis at the factors applicable to incremental rate service related to the 2003/2010 Expansion Projects, pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's FERC- approved tariff, as revised from time to time (“Transporter's Tariff”). Backhaul Shippers will reimburse Transporter for system-wide lost and unaccounted-for Gas, but will not reimburse Transporter for compressor fuel.

1.2 Shipper will reimburse Transporter for fuel used and lost and unaccounted-for Gas on an in-kind basis at the factors applicable to rolled-in rate service, pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's FERC-approved tariff, as revised from time to time (“Transporters Tariff”). Backhaul Shippers will reimburse Transporter for system-wide lost and unaccounted-for Gas, but will not reimburse Transporter for compressor fuel.
2.1 Shipper agrees to pay Transporter for all Natural Gas Transportation service rendered under the terms of this Agreement in accordance with Rate Schedule KRF-1 of Transporters Tariff. This Agreement will be subject to the provisions of such Rate Schedule and the General Terms and Conditions of Transporters Tariff, which by this reference are incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
2.2 Shipper's rates for Transportation service will be in accordance with Transporter's effective Rate Schedule KRF-1 for maximum recourse incremental rate service related to the 2003/2010 Expansion Projects, subject to the parties understanding and agreement that Transporter may change the rates from time to time in accordance with the Natural Gas Act. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Shipper and Transporter have mutually agreed to a negotiated rate for all or a portion of the capacity under this Agreement, as set forth on Exhibit “B.”
2.3 Notwithstanding Section 5.5 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transporters Tariff, and subject to any negotiated credit set forth in this transportation service agreement; or, if there is no individually negotiated provision any Reservation Charge Adjustments applicable pursuant to Section 9 of Rate Schedule KRF-1, Shipper will make payment of the Monthly Reservation Charge pursuant hereto in full irrespective of (but without prejudice to the rights otherwise of Shipper with respect to) any dispute relative to the amount invoiced, and will not be entitled to any abatement of such payment ...
GAS TO BE TRANSPORTED. 2.1 Subject to the provisions of this Contract, the STFT Toll Schedule, the List of Tolls, and the General Terms and Conditions referred to in Section 8.1 hereof, TCPL shall provide firm transportation service to Customer for such period of time and in respect of a quantity of gas not in excess of the Maximum Daily Quantity specified in the Addendum to this Contract executed from time to time, which Addendum shall be in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
GAS TO BE TRANSPORTED. 3.1 Subject to the provisions of this NBJ LTFP Contract, the NBJ LTFP Toll Schedule, the List of Tolls, and the General Terms and Conditions referred to in Section 7.1 hereof, TCPL shall provide transportation service hereunder for Customer in respect of a quantity of gas which, in any one day from the Date of Commencement until the NBJ LTFP End Date, shall not exceed

GAS TO BE TRANSPORTED. 4.1 Subject to the provisions of this Transportation Service Agreement:
(a) Transporter shall provide daily transportation service hereunder for Shipper, for the Contracted Capacity, from the Receipt Point(s) identified in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s Nominations to the Delivery Point; and
(b) Transporter may provide daily transportation service hereunder for Shipper, from the Receipt Point(s) identified in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s Nominations to the Delivery Point, in respect of a volume of Natural Gas equal to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s share of the Authorized Overrun Service.
GAS TO BE TRANSPORTED. 2.1 Subject to the provisions of this Contract, the ST-SN Toll Schedule, the List of Tolls, and the General Terms and Conditions referred to in Section 8.1 hereof, TransCanada shall provide firm transportation service to Shipper for such period of time and in respect of a quantity of gas not in excess of the Maximum Daily Quantity specified in the Addendum to this Contract executed from time to time, which Addendum shall be in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
GAS TO BE TRANSPORTED. 1.1 Subject to the terms and provisions of this Firm Service Agreement, High Point’s Rate Schedule FTS and the General Terms and Conditions of High Point’s FERC Gas Tariff, High Point agrees to accept such quantities of gas as Shipper may cause to be tendered to High Point at: (i) the Primary Receipt Point(s), designated pursuant to Section 2.1 of this Firm Service Agreement, (ii) any Primary Receipt Point(s) for quantities in excess of the Maximum Daily Quantities for each Primary Receipt Point set forth in Exhibit A on the same priority basis as a Secondary Receipt Point, or (iii) any Secondary Receipt Point(s) nominated by Shipper, on any day during the term of this Firm Service Agreement; provided, however, that High Point shall only be obligated to accept on any day for transportation hereunder that quantity of gas High Point determines it has available capacity to receive, transport, and deliver and provided further that in no event shall High Point be obligated to transport gas on any day in excess of the Maximum Daily Quantities for any Primary Receipt Point or in excess of the Maximum Daily Reservation Quantity set forth in Exhibit B.
1.2 If on any day High Point should determine that the remaining transportation capacity of the System, after High Point has transported gas for Shippers with superior rights to transportation, is insufficient to transport all quantities of gas under similar Firm Service Agreements entitled to similar transportation services, High Point shall allocate the available transportation capacity on the basis set forth in Section 6.7 of the General Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Subject to the terms and provisions of this Firm Service Agreement, Rate Schedule FTS and the General Terms and Conditions, High Point shall deliver for the account of Shipper and Shipper shall accept at the Primary Delivery Point(s) referenced in Section 2.2 this Firm Service Agreement the Equivalent Quantities; provided, however, that in no event shall High Point be obligated to deliver on any day in excess of the Maximum Daily Quantities for any Primary Delivery Point set forth in Exhibit B or in excess of Shipper’s Firm Reservation Quantity set forth in Exhibit B.

GAS TO BE TRANSPORTED. 2.1 Subject to the provisions of this Contract, the FT Toll Schedule, the List of Tolls, and the General Terms and Conditions referred to in Section 7.1 hereof, TransCanada shall provide transportation service hereunder for Shipper in respect of a quantity of gas which, in any one day from the Date of Commencement until the [●] day of [●], 20[●], shall not exceed [●] GJ/d (the "Contract Demand").
3.1 The Delivery Point(s) hereunder are those points specified as such in Exhibit "1" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
