General Term and Conditions. 9.1 Applicants warrant that the application is their original work and that they are the owner of all the material submitted as part of their application and that the application does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
9.2 In the event any Applicant is selected as a MADE Student, then by submitting the application in perpetuity:
(a) The Applicant grants the Steering Group, jointly and severally, a worldwide, perpetual, exclusive, royalty free and transferrable licence to use, reproduce, segment, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and communicate the report produced by the MADE Student as part of the Program (“Program Report”) in any media;
(b) The Applicant also grants the Steering Group, jointly and severally the right to sub-licence the rights under this licence to any third party deemed appropriate by them;
(c) To the extent permitted by law, the Applicant consents to the Steering Group, jointly or severally, doing anything in relation to the use of the Program Report that (but for this consent) would otherwise infringe any moral right that might exist anywhere in the world; and
(d) The Applicant grants the Steering Group, jointly and severally, the right to promote the Program, including the Program Report, in any media during the Program. All material used will be credited where appropriate.
9.3 The Steering Group reserves the right to cancel, withdraw any Student position and amend these Application and Program Terms and Conditions including the Program details and the number and value of the Student positions at any time in its sole discretion. MADE Sponsors and Partners 2013 – 2023

iv. If a MADE Student is unable to participate in the Program on the specified dates in full, then the MADE Student must advise the Steering Group as soon as is practicable and the offer by the Steering Group to the MADE Student will be withdrawn and no compensation to the MADE Student is payable. If a MADE Student withdraws from the Program after signing the Program Student Agreement, all funds paid to the MADE Student by the Steering Group must be reimbursed by the MADE Student to the Steering Group except for costs which have already been reasonably incurred as evidenced by valid receipts.
v. MADE Student positions may be cancelled if the MADE Student does not comply (ie to act in accordance with) with these Application and Program Terms and Conditions or the Program Student Agreement and must refund any payment already made to the MADE Student by the Steering Group.

In case you opt for an alternative hardware instead of the smart glasses negotiated during the validity period, Brochesia®will configure the software for the new hardware without any commercial implication as long as the new hardware is certified to be supported by us. In case of an upgrade of the smart glasses’ firmware, we cannot guarantee our app will be capable to immediately adopt the change. The Web Portal and the Cloud are accessible from Windows, Linux and Macintosh based PC and Laptop and from Android and iOS-based tablet and smartphone, upgraded to the version 14.0. Call logs are available on the Web portal during the entire validity period, but not exportable as Excel or PDF files. Use of the Services requires one or more compatible devices, Internet access (fees may apply), and certain software (fees may apply), and may require obtaining updates or upgrades from time to time. Because use of the Services involves hardware, software, and Internet access, your ability to access and use the Services may be affected by the performance of these factors. High speed Internet access is recommended. You acknowledge and agree that such system requirements, which may be changed from time to time, are Your responsibility.
General Term and Conditions. As a TPASC member you understand and agree to the following
a) TPASC membership is not transferable and cannot be loaned to another individual.
b) “The Member” will notify TPASC of any changes in personal information if required.
c) Lost membership cards will be replaced at a fee of $10 per card.
