Compatible Devices. 8.1 Dealer Pay does not warrant that the Services will be compatible, or interoperable, with your computer, computing hardware, mobile device, or any other piece of hardware, software, equipment, or device installed on or used in connection with the Services. Some Compatible Devices may be used only to stream Digital Content, some Compatible Devices may be used only to download Digital Content, and some Compatible Devices may be used to stream and download Digital Content. We may change the requirements for Compatible Devices from time to time and, in some cases, whether a device is (or remains) a Compatible Device may depend on software or systems provided or maintained by the device manufacturer or other third parties. As a result, devices that are Compatible Devices at one time may cease to be Compatible Devices in the future.
Compatible Devices. 1.6.1. The Platform is designed to be accessible on a range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, desktop and laptop computers, running on recent versions of iOS, Android, Windows, MacOS, and other major Web browsers. You are responsible for ensuring their devices meet the minimum requirements for accessing and using the Platform, which may include specific operating system versions, available storage space, RAM capacity, processor speed, and internet connection speed. We strive to support a wide range of devices but do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or operating systems. 1.6.2. You are strongly advised to keep the Platform’s mobile application and their device’s operating system updated to the latest version available. Certain features of the Platform may be available only on specific devices or operating systems, and We reserve the right to limit or modify features based on device capabilities. 1.6.3. The use of third-party hardware or software in conjunction with the Platform is at the user’s own risk, and We do not guarantee compatibility or performance with any third-party hardware or software not explicitly supported. 1.6.4. We endeavour to ensure a wide range of compatibility; it does not warrant that the Platform will be compatible with all devices or operating systems. The list of compatible devices and minimum requirements may change over time, and We reserve the right to cease support for certain devices or operating systems with reasonable notice to You. 1.6.5. You are responsible for maintaining their devices in good working order and ensuring they meet the necessary requirements to access and use the Platform. By using the Platform, You acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding device compatibility.
Compatible Devices. 7.1 We may, on reasonable notice, change the requirements for Compatible Devices from time to time, including to help ensure our latest security and other updates operate as intended. (f) Other devices as customised or deemed compatible by Arinda (considered a “Hotspot Device”)

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case. 2. Nothing in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall affect the fulfilment of wider obligations with respect to the arbitration of unresolved issues arising in the context of a mutual agreement procedure resulting from other conventions to which the Contracting States are or will become parties.”.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Year 2000 Compatibility Take all actions necessary to assure the Borrower's computer based systems are able to operate and effectively process data on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the Lender, the Borrower shall provide the Lender with assurance acceptable to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have Year 2000 compatibility.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").
