Geotechnical Reports. Geotechnical reports pursuant to this section shall meet the definition of a “geotechnical report” as established in Chapter 2, Definitions, and comply with the following provision, as applicable.
A. Geotechnical reports pursuant to this section that address the need to prevent potential damage to a primary structure shall address the necessity for shoreline stabilization by estimating time frames and rates of erosion and report on the urgency associated with the specific situation.
Geotechnical Reports. Geotechnical investigation reports with recommendations for soil bearing capacities.
Geotechnical Reports. Appendix E
Geotechnical Reports. Providing geotechnical soil borings, soil analysis and geotechnical reports prepared by a geotechnical engineer.
Geotechnical Reports. No geotechnical investigations have been performed for this project.
Geotechnical Reports a. Geotechnical reports may have been prepared for and around the Site by soil investigation engineers hired by Sacramento City Unified School District (“District”), and its consultants, contractors, and tenants.
b. Geotechnical reports may be inspected at the District offices or the Construction Manager’s offices, if any, and copies may be obtained at cost of reproduction and handling upon Bidder's agreement to pay for such copies. These reports are not part of the Contract Documents.
Geotechnical Reports. A soil test report prepared by a licensed soil engineer reasonably approved by Administrative Agent and otherwise reasonably satisfactory in all respects to Administrative Agent containing, among other things, boring logs and the locations of all borings and confirming that no condition exists with respect to the Land which would cause subsidence of any portion of the Land and showing that no state of facts exists which would adversely affect the completion of the Work in accordance with the Plans and Specifications or would require any costs with respect thereto not otherwise provided for in the Budget.

c. The reports and drawings of physical conditions that may relate to the Project are the following: N/A
d. Geotechnical data were obtained only for use of District and its consultants, contractors, and tenants for planning and design and are not a part of Contract Documents.
e. Except as expressly set forth below, District does not warrant, and makes no representation regarding, the accuracy or thoroughness of any geotechnical data. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ represents and agrees that in submitting a Bid it is not relying on any geotechnical data supplied by District, except as specifically allowed below.
f. Under no circumstances shall District be deemed to make a warranty or representation of existing above ground conditions, as-built conditions, geotechnical conditions, or other actual conditions verifiable by independent investigation. These conditions are verifiable by Bidder by the performance of its own independent investigation that Bidder should perform as a condition to bidding and Bidder must not and shall not rely on information supplied by District.
Geotechnical Reports. Geotechnical investigation reports with recommendations for soil-bearing capacities. Owner will pay for chemical, mechanical or other tests when required. Owner does not warrant the accuracy of any of the information so provided. Architect will not be held responsible for errors due to inaccuracy of any of the information so provided.
