Height Restrictions. No dwellings built at the Project shall exceed a maximum height of thirty-five feet (35’) or be more than two and one-half (2.5) stories tall.

The California Department of Transportation Division of Aeronautics has issued a permit allowing construction of the proposed structure. 3. Any height exception granted by this Subsection may be conditioned to require the owner of the subject structure to install, operate, and maintain thereon such markers and lights as may be necessary to alert pilots to the presence of an airport obstacle.
