High Voltage Allowance Clause Samples

A High Voltage Allowance clause establishes additional compensation or benefits for employees who work with or near high-voltage electrical equipment. Typically, this clause specifies the conditions under which the allowance is paid, such as the voltage threshold that triggers eligibility and the amount or rate of the allowance. By providing extra pay or benefits, the clause compensates workers for the increased risk and specialized skills required, ensuring fair treatment and incentivizing safe handling of high-voltage tasks.
