The Informal Communication clause defines how parties may communicate with each other outside of formal written notices required by the agreement. It typically allows for day-to-day discussions, updates, or clarifications to be exchanged via email, phone calls, or other informal means, but clarifies that such communications do not constitute official notice under the contract. This clause ensures that while informal exchanges are encouraged for efficiency and collaboration, only formal communications trigger legal obligations or rights, thereby preventing misunderstandings about the status or enforceability of informal discussions.
Informal Communication. It shall be the policy of the College to attempt to resolve the concern through direct verbal communication. Informal Communication. The parties in their mutual interest acknowledge that it is desirable for the employee and his/her supervisor to resolve problems through free and informal communications. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent an employee from discussing a problem with his/her supervisor and having it adjusted without intervention or representation by MFPE representatives.
Informal Communication. Sessions The Contracting Officer shall organize the initial communication session with key personnel of the project team, including Contractor's personnel and Government personnel. The initial session will be scheduled concurrent with the Pre-Performance Conference and held no later than 30 days after award and will be held at a Government provided facility as designated by the KO.
