INFORMATION SHARING PROCESS. 8.1 Information will be shared using the following methods: ⮚ Secure email: Relevant project information will be disclosed via secure electronic means on a monthly basis. 8.2 Information sharing may be shared on an ad hoc basis when necessary. Ad hoc information should be shared using the following procedure: Handling Requests for ad hoc Information - requests for information from the project will be handled and logged on the project plan master document held by the partners. Decisions regarding responses will also be recorded.
INFORMATION SHARING PROCESS. This agreement has been formulated to facilitate the exchange of information between the partners identified in this agreement at point 8 (D.A.N.S SPoC’s). INFORMATION SHARING PROCESS. 9.1 Relevant photographs will be supplied by Lincolnshire Police to members of the Caravan Park Watch Scheme on a regular basis, providing that they are supported with a Form B (P698B) - Response to Request for Information, which must be retained by the Police SPoC within the file created for such purpose. 9.2 The Photographs will be numbered; the name of the individual will not be disclosed to members of the Caravan Watch Scheme. The numbering of the photographs will enable the Police SPoC to identify an individual from the photograph sheet if a member of the Caravan Park Watch Scheme reports any relevant intelligence relating to crime associated with Caravan Parks. 9.3 The Police SPoC must ensure that the named SPoCs for the Partner Agencies have a copy of the guidance to the Lincolnshire Police Security Requirements, Appendix 2. 9.4 Any photographs provided will not be displayed in any public areas of the premises, but will be retained within the ‘private’ parts of the premises so that they can only be viewed by the caravan manager and relevant staff members. The photographs should be protectively marked restricted and when not in use be locked behind at least one barrier. 9.5 The disclosed photographs will be collected by the Police SPoC on a regular basis, when an up to date disclosure of Photographs is required. 9.6 The Police SPoC will submit any information received from Caravan Park Watch, as a result of a request for information, if relevant, via the 3x5x2 system into the Lincolnshire Police intelligence systems in a timely, accurate and proportionate manner.
INFORMATION SHARING PROCESS. The primary points of contact (POCs) for the implementation of this Agreement are the DOE Director, Office of Nuclear Safety within the Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security and the NRC Director, Division of Fuel Cycle Safety and Safeguards, within the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards. These primary POCs will determine and mutually agree on the specific form and content of information exchanges that would be beneficial to the agencies. The information exchanges can occur through meetings, sharing of documents, or reviewing of documents. The information exchanged can include operating experience, nuclear safety research and development results, or analysis of such information. The primary POCs may each designate individuals within their respective organizations to facilitate specific exchanges. The agencies shall prepare joint summaries which document each mutually agreed information exchange.

There is no requirement for schools to further refer this Op Encompass information to the MASH as this will be completed by the Police based on their agreed thresholds. The team responsible for Elective Home Schooled (EHE) Children, in line with the General Protocol for Sharing Information between Partner Organisations in Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough, will receive information from the Police in line with process. EHE parents will be provided information regarding their engagement in this process via guidance provided to new parents engaging in EHE and via the EHE website information page for EHE parents. Once information has been received by the team, they will be responsible for risk assessing what action they will take to ensure support is offered to the relevant family.
INFORMATION SHARING PROCESS. 9.1 On a daily basis members from the Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue Service control room, complete a Form ARSON 01 when Arson is suspected. This form will then be e-mailed via secure methods to a member of the Arson Task Force. 9.2 Once a Form ARSON 01 has been received by the Arson Task Force, the information from that form will be utilised to ensure that the information is made available to the police, i.e. updates regarding addresses, and witness details. 9.3 If the police systems, Command and Control and Niche, have been searched by the vetted member of the Arson Task Force and Lincolnshire Police are not aware of the incident then they will notify the Neighbourhood Police Team or call the Force Control Room on 101 and report the incident. This will ensure an audit trail of any disclosures made by Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue’s Arson Task Force. 9.4 Handling requests for information - all information shared will relate to the completion of Form ARSON 01. If Form ARSON 01 includes Personal data, it will be marked as ‘Official’, in compliance with the Government Protective Marking Scheme (GPMS). As both organisations have access to secure email, then email correspondence between them is acceptable from within their respective organisations. 9.5 Replies to requests must be made as soon as is practicable, and in any case within ten working days. 9.6 In some cases, civil proceedings may be a more appropriate route to take than a criminal prosecution. Where this occurs, it will be the responsibility of the police to determine whether or not they will support civil proceedings.

  • Information Sharing The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation is a global financial organization that provides services to clients through its affiliates and subsidiaries in multiple jurisdictions (the “BNY Mellon Group”). The BNY Mellon Group may centralize functions including audit, accounting, risk, legal, compliance, sales, administration, product communication, relationship management, storage, compilation and analysis of customer-related data, and other functions (the “Centralized Functions”) in one or more affiliates, subsidiaries and third-party service providers. Solely in connection with the Centralized Functions, (i) the Trust consents to the disclosure of and authorizes the Bank to disclose information regarding the Trust (“Customer-Related Data”) to the BNY Mellon Group and to its third-party service providers who are subject to confidentiality obligations with respect to such information and (ii) the Bank may store the names and business contact information of the Trust’s employees and representatives on the systems or in the records of the BNY Mellon Group or its service providers. The BNY Mellon Group may aggregate Customer-Related Data with other data collected and/or calculated by the BNY Mellon Group, and notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary the BNY Mellon Group will own all such aggregated data, provided that the BNY Mellon Group shall not distribute the aggregated data in a format that identifies Customer-Related Data with a particular customer. The Trust confirms that it is authorized to consent to the foregoing.

  • Payroll Information Payroll checks shall include all required information, a clear designation as to the amount and category, e.g., regular, overtime or holiday pay, of compensation for which payment is being made.

  • Trade Secrets and Confidential Information/Company Property Employee reaffirms and agrees to observe and abide by the terms of the Employment Agreement and the Confidentiality Agreement, specifically including the provisions therein regarding nondisclosure of the Company’s trade secrets and confidential and proprietary information, and the restrictive covenants contained therein. Employee’s signature below constitutes his certification under penalty of perjury that he has returned all documents and other items provided to Employee by the Company, developed or obtained by Employee in connection with his employment with the Company, or otherwise belonging to the Company.

  • Maintaining Confidential Information Executive reaffirms his obligations under the Confidentiality Agreement. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the payments provided in Section 3 above shall be subject to Executive’s continued compliance with Executive’s obligations under the Confidentiality Agreement.
