The Inspection and Certification clause establishes the right and process for one party to examine goods, services, or work performed to ensure they meet agreed-upon standards or specifications. Typically, this clause allows for inspections at certain stages or upon completion, and may require formal certification or approval before payment or further obligations are triggered. Inspection and Certification. Prior to accepting System for coverage under a service plan, Roche reserves the right to inspect and certify that the System is functioning properly. All Systems must meet current performance standards and must be operated in an environment and configuration acceptable to Roche. Service (parts, labor and travel) required to bring the System to performance standards acceptable to Roche are not covered by the plans. This service must be authorized by the Customer and paid for prior to commencing service plan coverage. The cost for such service (parts, labor and travel) provided to the Customer will be invoiced at the rates in effect at the time service is provided. Systems covered under the product warranty issued at the time of purchase by Customer may be converted to service plan coverage without pre-inspection by Roche. Systems covered under a valid service agreement are exempt from a pre-inspection if renewing service plan.
Inspection and Certification. Upon completion and prior to closeout, the Awardee shall obtain the engineer's certification on RUS Form 771a for all construction completed using RUS Form 773 or the work order method. An authorized official of the Awardee shall execute the Awardee's certification.

The Owner’s Engineer will be required to inspect and certify, at the Owner’s sole cost, to the City’s Director of Engineering Services that all internal and external services, grading and stormwater management requirements have been constructed in accordance with the approved Engineering drawings and reports, prior to the reduction of the Letter of Credit held for the site development works. The Letter(s) of Certification shall be in a format acceptable to the City’s Director of Engineering Services. The City’s Director of Engineering Services may, upon pre- qualification of such, accept the use of other qualified professionals for certain components of the design, inspection and certification process. The Owner’s Landscape Architect and the Owner’s Lighting Consultant will be required to inspect and certify, at the Owner’s sole cost, to the City’s Manager of Site Development and Customer Service that all planting, surfacing details, fencing, visual barriers, site lighting and other site facilities shown on the landscape and lighting plans have been constructed in accordance with the approved landscape and lighting plans prior to the reduction of the Letter of Credit held for Site Development Works. The Letter(s) of Certification shall be in a format acceptable to the City’s Manager of Site Development and Customer Service. The City’s Manager of Site Development and Customer Service may, upon pre-qualification of such, accept the use of other qualified professionals for certain components of the design, inspection and certification process. The Owner’s CPTED Consultant to inspect and certify, at the Owner’s sole cost, that all CPTED measures related to access control, surveillance, territorial reinforcement and maintenance have been implemented in accordance with the approved CPTED report prior to the reduction of the Letter of Credit held for Site Development Works. The Letter(s) of Certification shall be in a format acceptable to the City’s Manager of Site Development and Customer Service.
Inspection and Certification a. The City (or County) shall provide for inspection of the improvements as they are completed and, where found acceptable, shall certify those improvements as complying with the standards and specifications set forth in Attachment ( ) of this Agreement. The inspection and certification, shall occur within 14 days of notice by the Subdivider that the improvements are complete and that he desires City (or County) inspection and certification. Before requesting City (or County) certification of any improvement the Subdivider shall present to the City (or County) valid lien waivers from all persons providing materials or performing work on the improvement.
b. Certification by the City (or County) does not constitute a waiver by the City (or County) of the right to draw funds under the letter of credit in the event defects in or failure of any improvement are found following the certification.
Inspection and Certification. The Town will inspect the improvements as they are constructed in accordance with the installation and inspection schedule.
Inspection and Certification. (1) The department of the Federation that is authorised to control the inspection and certification process is the International Certification Office.
(2) The Licensee agrees to allow inspectors authorised by the Federation access to the following at any time: the organisation, the premises, all working personnel, all files and documentation as required by this contract and the International Demeter Biodynamic Standard in their latest form. These inspections may be announced or unannounced.
(3) At every inspection, the Licensee agrees to fully cooperate with the inspector and present documentation as requested. For announced inspections, the Licensee agrees to prepare for the inspection.
(4) The members of the International Certification Office as well as any other agent of the Biodynamic Federation – Demeter International e.V. agree to keep the information gained as a result of inspection confidential unless they relate to violations of the provisions of this contract, and to refrain from exploiting all business and company secrets of which they have gained knowledge.
(5) The inspection report may be sent to other parties only with the written consent of the Licensee.
(6) After submission of complete inspection documents the International Certification Office will issue an annual certificate of compliance and will communicate any conditions attached to it to the Licensee.
Inspection and Certification. Prior to Contractor's acceptance of equipment for service coverage, pursuant to Attachment A, Scope of Work, Contractor may, at its option, inspect and certify that the equipment is functioning properly. The equipment and software must meet current performance standards, unless any defect in such performance is caused by or related to Contractor's provision of goods/services pursuant to this Contract, and must be operated in an environment and system configuration acceptable to Contractor. New equipment covered by the product warranty issued at the time of purchase by the County may be added and converted to coverage under this Contract without inspection by Contractor.

2.6.1 The Authority will endeavour that any equipment issued to the Contractor for survey/inspection shall be supplied with the relevant and appropriate statutory certification. If certification does not accompany the equipment, the issuing naval store shall be contacted to request the certification.

The GFR will peri- odically audit the inspection of minor construction to ensure integrity of the procedure. RUS borrowers with less than 2000 subscribers may use the above procedure or have construction inspection performed by the GFR.
