Inspections and Access. Buyer acknowledges that ▇▇▇▇▇ has had the opportunity to inspect the Property. Buyer acknowledges that there may be junk and other debris located on the Property. ▇▇▇▇▇ accepts the Property according to the terms of this Contract.
Inspections and Access. (a) The University reserves the right to enter resident rooms and apartments under certain circumstances including, but not limited to, inspections for safety, health, policy compliance, cleaning,
(b) Residents should be prepared to grant access to University officials upon reasonable request or in exigent circumstances. Failure to do so may result in charges through the Office of Community and Ethical Standards.
Inspections and Access. Purchaser and its representatives shall be permitted to enter upon the Property at any reasonable time and from time to time during the Due Diligence Period to examine, inspect and investigate the Property (collectively, the "Inspections") and, as part of such Inspections, make copies of all books, records, drawings, and other documentation relating thereto in Seller's possession, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in the following paragraphs.
(a) Purchaser shall have a right to enter upon the Property for the purpose of conducting the Inspections and for no other purpose provided that in each such instance (i) Purchaser notifies Seller of such Inspections not less than 24 hours prior to such entry; (ii) such Inspections are subject to and scheduled with Seller's property manager, as available; and (iii) Purchaser is in full compliance with Section 3.2(e) hereof. At Seller's election, a representative of Seller's shall be present during any entry by Purchaser or its representatives upon the Property for conducting said Inspections. Purchaser shall make all necessary actions to insure that neither it nor any of its representatives shall unreasonably interfere with the ongoing operations occurring at the Property during the course of performing any such Inspections. Purchaser shall not cause or permit any mechanic liens, materialmen's liens or other liens to be filed against the Property as a result of the Inspections.
(b) Purchaser shall have through the last day of the Due Diligence Period in which to conduct its due diligence investigations and analysis of the Property and of all information pertaining to the Property, and, in Purchaser's sole discretion, to determine whether the Property, is acceptable to Purchaser. If during the Due Diligence Period, Purchaser becomes aware of any problem or defect in the Property or other aspect of the Property with Purchaser determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, makes the Property unsuitable to Purchaser, Purchaser may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice of termination to Seller on or before the last day of the Due Diligence Period. If Purchaser accepted the Property and this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. In the event of such termination, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money shall be returned to Purchaser and neither party shall have any further obligations to the other party hereunder, except for the Surviving Obligations.

Inspections and Access. Lessor may enter the Premises at all reasonable hours by means of a master key or otherwise for any reasonable purpose. If Lessee shall not be personally present to open and permit an entry into the Premises at any time when such entry by Lessor is necessary or permitted under this Lease, Lessor may enter by means of a master key without liability to Lessee except for any failure to exercise due care for Lessee's Personal Property, and without affecting this Lease.
Inspections and Access. The Landlord, or its agents, designees, or representatives, may enter the Premises for the following purposes: to inspect to see if the Tenant is complying with the provisions of this lease agreement; to make repairs, alterations, improvements; to treat the Premises with pesticides; to show the Premises to prospective purchasers, mortgagees or tenants. Such entries shall take place with reasonable prior notice to the Tenant; consent shall not be unreasonably withheld by the Tenant. If the Landlord or its agent reasonably believes that an emergency exists which requires immediate entry, such entry may be made without the Tenant’s consent.

Repairs, cleaning and maintenance of common areas can be carried out at reasonable times. The Head-tenant or Property Owner may only enter the tenant’s room, at a reasonable time, with reasonable notice and on reasonable grounds. Lessor shall give Lessee reasonable advance (written and/or telephonic) notice of Lessor’s intention to enter the Premises, except for (a) routine access (i.e., the routine rendering of janitorial services, etc.); (b) access in response to Lessee initiated maintenance calls; and/or (c) emergency access (it being understood that access for each of (a) through (c) will not require advance notice). If Lessee shall not be personally present to open and permit an entry into the Premises at any time when such entry by Lessor is necessary or permitted under this Lease, Lessor may enter by means of a master key without liability to Lessee except for any failure to exercise due care for Lessee’s personal property, and without affecting this Lease. Lessor shall endeavor in good faith to minimize disturbance to or interference with Lessee or Lessee’s business.
Inspections and Access a) Before occupancy, KTHA staff and Tenant and/or Tenant’s representative shall inspect the unit. KTHA shall give Tenant a written inspection of the condition of the unit and equipment provided. The inspection report shall be signed by KTHA and Tenant.
b) When ▇▇▇▇▇▇ moves out, KTHA shall inspect the unit and furnish Tenant with a written statement of charges for repairs (beyond normal wear and tear) for which Tenant is responsible. Tenant or Tenant’s representative may participate in such inspection.
c) KTHA may enter Tenant’s unit as follows:
1) KTHA shall provide Tenant with two working days written notice stating the purpose of entry into the unit. KTHA entry shall be between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for the purpose of performing routine maintenance, inspections, improvements or repairs;
2) KTHA may enter the premises at any time without advance notification when there is a reasonable cause to believe an emergency exists;
3) If Tenant requests maintenance or repairs, KTHA representatives may enter to make the necessary repairs without presence of Tenant or Tenant’s representative; and
4) Inspections will be scheduled and tenant notified 30 days in advance, except in the event of a cancellation or reschedule. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ refuses to allow KTHA to inspect the unit, it shall be grounds for termination of the lease.
Inspections and Access. Landlord and its agents, representatives, and contractors may enter the Premises at any reasonable time to inspect the Premises and to make such repairs as may be required or permitted pursuant to this Lease and for any other business purpose. Landlord and Landlord's representatives may enter the Premises during business hours for the purpose of showing the Premises to prospective purchasers and, during the last year of the Lease Term, to prospective tenants. Landlord may erect a suitable sign on the Premises stating the Premises are available to lease or that the Project is available for sale.
Inspections and Access. UKO may inspect common areas at any reasonable time. Repairs, cleaning and maintenance of common areas can be carried out at reasonable times. UKO will only enter the resident’s room, at a reasonable time, with reasonable notice and on reasonable grounds. Agreed access and notice periods are set out below.
