Instructional Training Sample Clauses

The Instructional Training clause establishes the requirement for one party to provide training or educational sessions to another party, typically to ensure proper understanding or use of a product, service, or process. This clause may specify the format, duration, and content of the training, as well as who is responsible for delivering and attending the sessions. By including this provision, the agreement ensures that all relevant personnel are adequately prepared, reducing the risk of misuse, errors, or non-compliance.
Instructional Training. The Company may appoint employees as trainers on an as needed basis, for the purposes of instructing or training other employees in job skills. A designated training position shall not be subject to the job posting procedure. Employees designated as Instructors/Trainers shall, while so designated be paid an additional one dollar ($ 1.00) per hour.
Instructional Training. The parties acknowledge that an Apprentice will be required to attend instructional training as provided for by the Ministry of Education and Training to complete required modules. Should such training time conflict with the Apprentice's scheduled hours of work, the Apprentice will be placed on a leave of absence without pay during this period of time. The University also offers optional virtual and in-person instructional training opportunities that are available to graduate students and which will be regularly communicated by the University to Graduate Workers and at the start of each semester if applicable.

  • Additional Training Should the introduction of new methods of operation create a need for the perfection or acquisition of skills requiring a training period longer than one (1) year, the additional training time shall be a subject for discussion between the Board and the Union.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • Staff Training VENDOR shall ensure that all staff providing direct Services receive continuing education and training as needed or required and that such education and training is documented.

  • Job Training ‌ The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes: (1) for planning training programs for those employees affected by technological change; (2) for planning training programs to enable employees to qualify for new positions being planned through future expansion or renovation; (3) for planning training programs for those employees affected by new methods of operation; (4) for planning training programs in the area of general skill upgrading. Whenever necessary, this Committee shall seek the assistance of external training resources such as the Federal Human Resources Development Canada and Provincial Ministry of Labour, or other recognized training institutions.
