Joint Use of Facilities. Subject to Idaho Power's compliance with paragraph 13.4, Idaho Power may use and attach its distribution and/or transmission facilities to Seller's Interconnection Facilities, may reconstruct Seller's Interconnection Facilities to accommodate Idaho Power's usage or Idaho Power may construct its own distribution or transmission facilities along, over and above any public right-of-way acquired from Seller pursuant to paragraph 13.2, attaching Seller's Interconnection Facilities to such newly constructed facilities. Except as required by paragraph 13.4, Idaho Power shall not be required to compensate Seller for exercising its rights under this paragraph 13.3.
Joint Use of Facilities. 3.01 For the purpose of this Agreement, the "School Facilities" shall include the following components: (a) The School playfields; (b) The gymnasium, kitchen, community office, classrooms 10 & 12, media tech center, storage area, and common public areas located within the School building; (c) The portion of the Parking Lot on Board Lands. 3.02 For the purposes of this Agreement, the "City Facilities" shall include the following: (a) The portion of the Parking Lot on City Lands. 3.03 For the purposes of this agreement the School Facilities and the City Facilities shall be collectively called the "Facilities" 3.04 For the purpose of this Agreement, in consideration of the financial commitment made by the City, the Board agrees that the City shall have first right of access to the School Facilities as set out in Clause 3.01 as follows: (a) From 2:30 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. on weekdays during the regular school year, except as previously scheduled by the school Principal: (b) From 6:30 A.M. to 8:25 A.M., classroom 12 room only, on weekdays during the regular school year, except as previously scheduled by the school Principal; (c) From 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the calendar year, with consideration for security needs and custodial services, except as previously scheduled by the school Principal; (d) From 7:30 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. on weekdays during the school holiday periods, subject to maintenance and security requirements. 3.05 Any additional maintenance or security requirements for any planned activity by the City outside of the times outlined in Clause 3.04 and the costs thereof shall be agreed to in advance by the Operating Committee. Such maintenance and security requirements shall be consistent with the provisions of the collective agreements entered into by the Board and the City from time to time with their respective unions. 3.06 The purchase or replacement of jointly used program equipment by the Board and the City and the costs thereof shall be agreed to in advance by the Operating Committee.

Joint Use of Facilities. 7.14.1 The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the University may, without interfering with normal food service, use the dining and service areas from time to time for such purposes (including, but not limited to, student testing and dances) as the University, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate. The University’s personnel, at no cost to the Contractor, shall perform necessary setup and cleanup. The facilities so utilized shall be restored to conditions mutually satisfactory to the Contractor and the University before the next regularly scheduled meal service is to occur. If the Contractor must perform cleanup services, the party responsible for event shall be billed by the Contractor for the reasonable cost of such services. 7.14.2 When the Contractor uses regular food service dining areas in Memorial Hall and the new Hilltop Café (such as the cafeterias, snack bars, and deli) and arrangements for set-up are required, appropriate set- up and break-down shall be performed by the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for cleanup and floor maintenance in Memorial Hall and the new Hilltop Café. The University shall be responsible for providing special furnishings and audiovisual equipment. 7.14.3 Catering and beverage service set-up requirements shall be coordinated by the Contractor with the appropriate reservations office.
Joint Use of Facilities. NCPA and Project Participants may use, operate and maintain the Shared Facilities, according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the percentage allocation of costs associated with such Shared Facilities detailed in this Facilities Schedule 4. Mount Boucherie Complex – Student Parking Area (Monday thru Friday, during regular school hours). iv. Other City owned fields as mutually agreed by the Operating Committee. ii. From 12:35 pm to 3:15 pm on weekdays during regular school year: i. Mount Boucherie Pickleball Courts (6 courts). 7.7 For the purpose of this Agreement, the City agrees that the Board shall be granted the following hours at City Facilities, at no cost to the Board, on an annual basis, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Operating Committee. i. Joint Use of Facilities. The Town wishes to make the Town Facilities available to the District and the District wishes to make the District Facilities (Exhibit A; attached and incorporated herein) available to the Town, including space upon and within existing properties and buildings as well as that involving new facilities, for reciprocal use for various public purposes including, but not limited to recreational programs, public meetings of councils, boards and commissions, and similar public functions and educational programs. By way of example, the District wishes to make certain physical facilities at Anthem K-8, Florence High School and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ K-8, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ High School known as multipurpose rooms, gymnasiums, football, baseball, softball, and soccer fields, lecture halls, libraries and exterior sport courts and playgrounds, available to the residents of the Town for use during after-school hours, District recesses, District holidays, District vacation days, and on weekends. Similarly, the Town wishes to make certain physical facilities (Exhibit B; attached and incorporated herein) located at the Aquatic Center, Heritage Park, Library and Community Center, and Little League Park available to the use of the District, such as a lighted baseball, softball and soccer fields, control buildings with restrooms, picnic ramadas, multi-purpose rooms, and kitchen facilities.
Joint Use of Facilities. At the discretion of the Superintendent/Designee, the district may enter into a Joint Use of Facilities agreement with a municipal or county Parks and Recreation Department, local athletic league, or organization whose enrollment is comprised of 80% or more Lake County students. Joint Use of Facilities agreements shall require in-kind contributions, such as, but not limited to, ball field maintenance or use of swimming pool for swim team, to offset facility use fees that otherwise would be charged.
