Laboratory Information. 1. Upon request, Management will make available to the Union a list of the clinics and laboratories being used. 2. The Parties agree to jointly pursue an approval from the USDA for Union inspection of any testing facilities or certified laboratories used in the agency’s testing program. Article 6 release procedures for the Union representative are to be followed.

Laboratory Information. The laboratory must be accredited to (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) UKAS for the analysis of drugs of abuse and be working to the European laboratory guidelines for legally defensible workplace drug testing.
