Leave of Absence: Union Conventions and Educational Programs. ‌ (a) The Employer, upon receipt of written notice from the Union, shall grant leave of absence without pay to not more than two (2) Employees who are elected as delegate to attend Union conventions. Written notice shall be given at least fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of such leaves. (b) The Employer, upon receipt of written notice from the Union, shall grant up to five (5) working days leave of absence without pay for up to two (2) employees at any one time, to attend bona fide shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ education programs. Written notice shall be given at least fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of such leaves.
