Long-Range Planning. In order to better perform their obligations under this Agreement, the Parties shall develop long range strategic planning for the Fire District's provision of Emergency Services within the Town. Each Party shall make every effort to include the other Party in any long range planning sessions on topics that may or will affect Emergency Services.

Long-Range Planning. It is the policy of the Union #61 School Committee to require the superintendent to present periodically to the Committee reports on those areas in the school system which should have long range planning. Long-Range Planning. Aqua Illinois will assist Aqua Indiana in analyzing the water supply and capacity issues of Aqua Indiana and assist in obtaining water supplies, production, transmission, distribution and other facilities in order to serve the present and anticipated water service requirements of the communities supplied by Aqua Indiana. Aqua Illinois will also assist in examining Aqua Indiana’s operating procedures in an effort to obtain efficient use of Aqua Indiana’s facilities.

Long-Range Planning. 1) Provide ongoing review of City‘s group health and dental programs. 2) Assist in development of long-range plans and objectives for the City’s health benefit plans. 3) Review and discuss contribution and pricing strategies. 4) Keep apprised of new products and trends in the health insurance industry and the Kansas City marketplace. 5) Provide ongoing review of existing programs; recommend changes in plan provisions, delivery systems, financing alternatives, employee/employer contributions and other areas as may be deemed appropriate by the City and the Consultant. 6) Provide assistance in the implementation of all new plans or changes to existing plans.

Long-Range Planning. No later than six months prior to initial hiring for any Covered Job by an Employer, that Employer shall provide to the First Source Referral System its best available estimate of the approximate number and type of jobs that will need to be filled and the basic qualifications necessary. An Employer whose first enters into a Contract or lease agreement less than six months prior to initial hiring for Covered Jobs shall provide such information within two weeks of entering into the Contract or lease agreement. Each Employer shall, at the time of provision of information under this Section III.B, designate a liaison for issues related to this First Source Hiring Program.

Long-Range Planning. Contractor will provide project management and oversight for the anticipated Comprehensive Plan Amendments, text amendments, and other relevant applications – including those by the Sun Valley Company regarding their proposed dormitories and reconfiguration of the Moritz area of the Sun Valley Village. Contractor will develop needs assessments and reports related to possible bond issuance for City- wide roads reconstruction. Duties will also include development of outreach strategies and timelines, preparation of materials, general advising, and similar activities.

Long-Range Planning. Service Provider will provide a process for the establishment, currency, tracking, and publishing of a Technology Plan that incorporates input from DIR, DIR Customer and DCS Service Providers and aligns with the Governance processes set forth in Exhibit 6. Service Provider’s responsibilities include the following: 1. Develop and update the long-range, comprehensive plan for DIR’s and DIR Customers information technology (IT) systems, processes, technical architecture and standards (the “Technology Plan”). 1.1. DIR and DIR Customers shall approve the plan, in conjunction with IT Governance as described in Exhibit 6. 1.2. The Technology Plan will be developed on an annual basis, and will include a rolling three (3) year projection of anticipated changes (subject to DIR business and planning requirements). 1.3. Coordinate the aggregation of technical planning information from DIR, DIR Customers, Service Provider, other Service Component Providers, and other Third Party Vendors as directed by DIR. 1.4. Provide an implementation road map with estimated timing and cost impacts, in a format consistent with Charges, for DIR and DIR Customers. 1.5. Provide linkage with technology currency requirements that align with technology refresh plans (e.g. software version migrations). 2. Help to understand, develop, and confirm the future business and IT requirements. 3. Assist in projecting future volume, technology, and geographic changes that could impact DIR’s and DIR Customers systems and technical architectures. 4. Identify candidates and requirements for the deployment of new technology or the automation of tasks associated with the Services and/or DIR’s and DIR Customers business processes. 5. Proactively submit proposals regarding new technology and automation to DIR for its review and approval. 6. Proactively seek to automate manual tasks associated with the Services. 7. Support DIR and DIR Customers in the proposal and presentation of changes in technology product and service offerings. 8. Facilitate and encourage active cross-functional, cross-group, and cross-location coordination and communication related to technology changes and automation. 9. Proactively identify strategies and approaches for future IT delivery that Service Provider believes will provide DIR and DIR Customers with competitive advantages and that may result in increased efficiency, performance, or cost savings. 10. Long-Range Planning includes work related to the development and maintenance of the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) as well as the Efficient Transportation Decision Making Process (ETDM) and items related to Census 2010.
