Main Data Centre Hardware i. The hardware shall be selected by the OEM based on the technical solution proposed; a detailed list of hardware required shall be included in the OEMs quote. The OEM is responsible for the provisioning of the Main Datacentre Hardware and LAN equipment and in any case of all the centralized hardware that is needed to operate correctly the PLM Solution. The OEM will be responsible to procure also the HW for Near DR (in MDL premises) integration and staging servers and storage if they are required for the PLM solution proposed. The hosting requirement of the local servers shall be provided by MDL. ii. The hardware shall be remotely operated and with remote power recycle and management. It is advisable for all the servers to be from the same manufacturer and of the same series, for simpler maintenance and operations. All supply, installation, testing and commissioning and operations of the Servers in the Main Data Centre shall be carried out by the OEM (services configurations e.g. DB, email, Active Directory including population of active directory with users). All hard drives of storage must be of hardware encryption enabled so that Data once written in the storage is encrypted instantly. Software encryption for such requirement is not accepted. Faulty hard disks will be retained by MDL iii. The hardware requirement envisaged as per MDL understanding to be used as starting point for the OEM are listed below and are only to be used for reference and are to be considered as minimum requirements by the OEM. iv. In case of end of life of Hardware, the MDL will replace it with advanced version. However, the support to the new hardware shall be continued within the Warrantee /AMC period. The re-installation of software on new hardware and data migration will be the responsibility of the OEM with-in five (05) years of Warrantee and AMC period. Item Description Production Servers At least 1 physical server with virtual Servers (in VMware) shall be provided to support the PLM application and Database Server. You warrant you are either the owner of the Customer Equipment or that you have the authority to give us access to the Customer Equipment.   • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
