Maintaining Certification Clause Samples
The Maintaining Certification clause requires a party to continuously hold and uphold specific certifications or licenses throughout the duration of an agreement. This typically means the party must ensure that all necessary credentials, such as industry certifications, regulatory approvals, or professional licenses, remain valid and in good standing for the contract's term. By enforcing ongoing compliance with certification requirements, this clause helps guarantee that the party remains qualified to perform its obligations, thereby reducing risk and ensuring regulatory or industry standards are consistently met.
