The Management and Oversight clause establishes the procedures and responsibilities for supervising and directing the performance of a contract or project.   • Monitoring and Oversight Grantee may be monitored by DFPS/HHSC during the period of performance. Grantee must comply with all monitoring requirements and information requests. Grantee will monitor any subgrantees according to PEI/FSS guidance and requirements to ensure that subgrantees adhere to all requirements as they relate to this Agreement.
