Maximum Length. With the exception of military active duty, Peace Corps, and leave granted in accordance with paragraph 11.6 below and Article 3, Section 3.5, a leave of absence without pay may not exceed ninety (90) calendar days, subject to extension on approval of the County Administrator for the Division of Youth Services or the Sheriff.
Maximum Length. A leave of absence shall not exceed one (1) calendar year, except medical leaves of absence, as a result of a Workers Compensation illness or injury, may be extended through eighteen (18) months.

Shippers are prohibited from shipping, and UPS does not accept for transpor- tation, packages having a value of more than $50,000.00 except for a package eligible for the Enhanced Maximum Declared Value of $70,000.00 per package, as set forth in the “UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service – United States” available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇/ terms. A package is eligible only if it is a domestic UPS Next Day Air® delivery service shipment, is tendered pursuant to shipper’s scheduled pickup service, is processed for shipment using a UPS Shipping System (declarations of value on paper source documents are not eligible) and does not contain hazardous materials or a perishable commodity. For UPS Worldwide Express Freight Midday and UPS Worldwide Express Freight services, UPS does not accept for transportation $100,000.00 per pallet. Additionally, more restrictive value limits apply for certain packages and pallets. Maximum Length. This Contract shall have a maximum duration of twenty eight (28) years counted as from the Effective Date, divided up as follows: Up to six (6) years as the Exploration Period, under Clause 5, without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 9 (paragraphs 9.3 and 9.8); and twenty two (22) years as the Exploitation Period, counted as from the date of the termination of the Exploration period. PARAGRAPH 1. The Exploitation Period for Gas Fields discovered inside the Contract Area shall have a maximum duration of thirty (30) years as of expiration of the Exploration Period or the Retention Period granted. In no case the total term of duration shall extend beyond forty (40) years counted as from the Effective Date.
PARAGRAPH 2. Notwithstanding the preceding, ECOPETROL and THE ASSOCIATE, at least five (5) years in advance to the date of exploration of each Field, will revise the conditions to continue the operation after the term mentioned in this clause. In case that the parties agree to continue the operation, they shall define the terms and conditions under which they will carry them out.
Maximum Length a. The maximum length overall, including bulbous bow, for a commercial vessel acceptable for regular transit is 289.6 meters (950 feet), except passenger and container ships, which may be 294.3 meters (965 feet). Vessels transiting the Canal for the first time at an overall length exceeding 274.3 meters (900 feet), whether newly constructed or newly modified, are subject to the requirements of inspection and prior review and approval of vessel plans. Vessels not receiving advance approval and/or not complying with Canal requirements, may be denied transit in accordance with the provisions of article 50 of this annex.
b. The maximum length for composite units acceptable for regular transit is 274.3 meters (900 feet), including tug and barge. An integrated tug-barge must transit together as one unit, with the tug supplying the propulsion.
c. The maximum length overall for non-self-propelled vessels acceptable for transit is 259.08 meters (850 feet), including accompanying tug. Normally, accompanying tugs must lock through with the non-self-propelled vessel. One-time only transits that exceed these limitations may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, with prior approval of the Authority, in accordance with article 4. The draft restrictions indicated in article 80 of this annex shall apply.

The maximum length, including bulbous bow, for a vessel acceptable for regular transit is 289.63 meters (950 feet), except for passenger and container vessels, which may be 294.51 meters (966 feet). Vessels transiting the Canal for the first time at a length exceeding 274.39 meters (900 feet), whether newly constructed or modified, shall be subject to prior inspection, review and approval of the vessel’s plans. A vessel that has not received prior approval or does not comply with Canal requirements may be denied transit in accordance with the provisions of Article 65 of this Regulation.
b. The maximum length overall for non-self-propelled vessels acceptable for transit is 259.15 meters (850 feet), including the accompanying tug. Normally, accompanying tugs must lock through with the non-self-propelled vessel. One-time only transits that exceed these limitations may be permitted on a case by case basis, with prior approval of the Authority, in accordance with article 4 of this Regulation and the draft restrictions set out in article 88 of this Regulation. Maximum Length. 5 YRS = 1 YR MAX Employees may be granted at the discretion of the COUNTY an unpaid leave of absence for up to one (1) year after each five (5) years of continuous service subject to the following conditions.
A. The employee must request such leave in writing at least six (6) months in advance of the beginning date of the leave. Leaves of absence shall be granted or denied by the COUNTY within one (1) month of application of said leave.
B. Employees returning from this type of leave shall not displace or cause the layoff of any employees employed at the conclusion of the leave, but shall be entitled to the first available vacant position in the classification held at the time the leave commenced.
C. To be eligible to return from such leave, the employee must meet the minimum health and employment standards and be capable and qualified to perform the job.
D. Upon return, the COUNTY shall reinstate all contractual and COUNTY rights and benefits, including seniority rights not exhausted or withdrawn. Such rights and benefits shall be at the same level as they were at the time the leave of absence began. Seniority shall be calculated by deducting the actual time of the leave from the employee's length of continuous service.
Maximum Length. The maximum length of leave of absence shall be ninety (90) days. Extensions to the above may be granted under exceptional circumstances.
Maximum Length. The maximum length, including bulbous bow, for the transit of a vessel is 367.28 meters (1205 feet). Vessels transiting the Canal for the first time, whether newly constructed or modified, shall be subject to prior inspection, review and approval of the vessel’s plans. Any vessel that has not received prior approval or does not comply with Canal requirements may be denied transit in accordance with the provisions of article 65 of this Regulation.
Maximum Length. The finished DCFI 48 Hour Film Race 2016 Film must be a MAXIMUM of eight minutes (8:00) in duration. The maximum length of credits is thirty seconds (0:30). Credits are not considered part of 8:00 duration of the film mentioned above. So, a film can be eight minutes long (8:00) with an additional thirty seconds (0:30) of credits, for a total running time of eight minutes and thirty seconds (8:30). There is no minimum length.
