MEASUREMENTS AND READINGS. 8.1. The Carrier will be required to perform a quality control check of the gas at the Entry Point and Point of Exit at the Regasification Plant. The Contractor will be responsible to make sure that the LNG is checked for the required quality levels before it arrives at the Point of Entry of the Regasification Plant, to make sure that the LNG complies with the standards of quality required by current regulations. 8.2. Measurements for LNG tankers offloading will be carried out in accordance with Technical System Management Regulations and its Detail protocols. 8.3. The Carrier will make sure that its measuring systems are maintained to precision standards as required by the Technical System Management Regulations. 8.4. The Carrier may have access to the measuring equipment that is used to determine the amount of LNG to be brought into its facilities. They Carrier may be present when the amounts are verified. Likewise, the Contractor may have access to and be present for verification of measuring equipment that is used to determine quantity and quality of the gas it receives.
MEASUREMENTS AND READINGS. 8.1 The amounts supplied at the entry points will be measured by means of the measurement devices located at the points themselves, in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Technical System Management Regulations, as well as in its Detail Protocols, which will include the requirements for carrying out the necessary checks on the running of the measurement units, how often they are to be performed and the measures to adopt in the event that the units malfunction. 8.2 The Carrier must check the quality of the gas at the gas entry point. In turn, the Contractor must make sure that the natural gas, before arriving at the entry points, is subjected to the quality testing needed to ensure that the gas meets the requirements imposed by law. 8.3 The Carrier must make sure that the natural gas is subjected to the quality testing needed to ensure that the gas meets the requirements 8.4 The Carrier and the Contractor must have access to the measuring equipment installed at the exit points and their signals, for consumption reading or measuring equipment verification, irrespective of ownership. 8.5 The Carrier is responsible for Reading and consumption estimation for every meter connected to its facilities at the exit points. 8.6 Readings, either checked or estimated, will be made within the terms established by current legislation, and will be available for the Contractor as soon as possible. Consumers with telemetry systems will have it available every day.

In turn, the Contractor must make sure that the natural gas, before arriving at the entry points, is subjected to the quality testing needed to ensure that the gas meets the requirements imposed by law. 8.3 The Carrier must ensure that the accuracy of its own measurement systems remains in line with the requirements of the Technical Management Regulations of the Gas System. 8.4 The Carrier will be entitled to access the measuring devices used to determine the quantity and quality of the gas to be introduced into its facilities and to be present during the checks.
MEASUREMENTS AND READINGS. 8.1. The Contractor will be required, before the gas enter the system, to perform the necessary measurements of quality to assure that it meets the quality specifications established in the current regulation. 8.2. Regarding the calculation of the injections and gas withdrawals, they will be carried out in agreement with the Procedure of Technical Management of the System and its Detail Protocols.
