Point of Entry. All new employees engaged or employed by the Company will be classified as Storeman & Packer Grade 1. An employee remains at this level until they are capable of effectively performing, through assessment or appropriate certification, the tasks required of this function so as to enable them to progress through to Grade 2 or Grade 3. In the course of their employment by the Company an employee may progress to Grade 4 or Grade 5, as positions become available and subject to application and satisfaction of all relevant criteria.
Point of Entry. Storeworker Grade 1 Proven and demonstrated skills (including as appropriate, relevant certification) to the level required of this grade. Job Titles: Storeworker including stock replenishment, cashier, storeworker-forklift, receipting clerk. Skills and Duties: • Able to understand detailed instructions and work from procedures • Able to co-ordinate work in a team environment under limited supervisionResponsible for the quality of their own work • Possesses sound interpersonal and communication skills. Indicative of the tasks which an employee at this level may perform are the following: • Operation at a level higher than that of a storeworker Grade 1 • Stock replenishment duties including generation and use of cycles for stock ordering under supervision • Licensed operation of all appropriate materials handling equipment (Campbells Cash and Carry will give financial assistance to identified employees to obtain a Fork Lift Certificate of Competence) • End of Day banking and cash balancing for store Promotional criteria An employee remains at this level until they are capable of effectively performing through assessment or appropriate certification the tasks required of a Storeworker Grade 3 so as to enable them to progress to the next level as a position becomes available.
Point of Entry. Biscuit Industry Employee Level 2; or • Proven and demonstrated skills to the level required of this level including as appropriate, industry certification.
Point of Entry. A Grade 1 Employee who has passed an accredited assessment for progression from Grade 1 to Grade 2 with successful completion of training and assessment in the following modules: • cellar hygiene; • transferring of product including road tankers and racking if required; • additions; • wine blending; • safety regulations including confined space procedure and chemical handling; or
Point of Entry. Level 1 Team Member, with more than 6 months training and experience with Target. Proven and demonstrated skills (including as appropriate, appropriate certification) to the level required of this level • Understands and is responsible for quality control standards. • Possesses an advanced level of interpersonal and communication skills. • Competent keyboard skills. • Sound working knowledge of all warehousing/stores duties performed at levels below this grade, exercises discretion within scope of this grade. • May perform work requiring minimal supervision either individually or in a team environment. Indicative of asks which a Team Member performs at this level may include, but are not limited to, the following: • use of a computer terminal for purposes such as the maintenance of a deposit storage system, information input/retrieval, etc. at a level higher than Level 1; • storing and packing of goods and materials in accordance with appropriate procedures and/or regulations; • operation of all materials handling equipment under licence; • development and refinement of a store layout including proper location of goods and their receipt and dispatch; • use of tools and equipment within the warehouse (basic non-trades maintenance); • operation of a computer terminal or similar equipment; • preparation and receipt of appropriate documentation including liaison with suppliers; • allocating and retrieving goods from specific warehouse areas; • periodic stock-checks; • responsible for housekeeping in own work environment; and • the training of other Team Members in the skills of their own classification by means of personal instruction or demonstration, except for training in the operation of all materials handling equipment under licence. Level 2 Team Member Proven and demonstrated skills (including as appropriate, appropriate certification) required of this level as determined by Target. • Implements quality control techniques and procedures. • Understands and is responsible for a distribution centre or a large section of a distribution centre. • Highly developed level of interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to supervise and provide direction and guidance to other employees including the ability to assist in the provision of on-the-job training and induction. • Exercises discretion within the scope of this grade. • Exercises skills attained through the successful completion of an appropriate warehousing certificate. Point of Entry. A Grade Three worker who has completed training and successful assessment as Grade One, Two and Three and in the following disciplines: Supervision and methods of instruction; Report writing.

  • Right of Entry The Landlord shall have the right to enter the Premises during normal working hours by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours notice in order for inspection, make necessary repairs, alterations or improvements, to supply services as agreed or for any reasonable purpose. The Landlord may exhibit the Premises to prospective purchasers, mortgagees, or lessees upon reasonable notice.

  • LESSOR'S RIGHT OF ENTRY The Lessor or the Lessor's agent may enter at reasonable hours to inspect or show the Premises to prospective lenders and purchasers, and to do anything the Lessor may be required to do hereunder or which the Lessor may deem necessary for the good of the Premises or any building of which they are apart. During the last [#] days of the Term, the Lessor may display a "For Rent" sign on the Premises and show the Premises to prospective lessees.

  • Room Entry The Manager subscribes to the principle that Residents are entitled to enjoy a reasonable right to privacy in residence Rooms. However, the Resident acknowledges that the Manager is entitled, without notice and without the Resident being present, to have authorized staff, the Institution’s security services, emergency services, or the police enter the Room at reasonable times under the following conditions: (a) to provide repair and maintenance services as detailed in section 4.05 of this Agreement; (b) to provide housekeeping services as detailed in section 4.06 of this Agreement; (c) to ensure the safety and security of the Resident and/or when there is reasonable cause to believe an emergency situation has arisen; (d) during the Winter Break to provide routine maintenance; (e) when there is reasonable cause to believe that terms of this Agreement and/or the Residence Community Living Standards detailed in section 7.01 and/or the law is being violated. Authorized staff are supplied with a uniform and identification that is visible at all times.

  • RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION OWNER may enter, inspect, and/or repair the premises at any time in case of emergency or suspected abandonment. OWNER shall give 24 hours advance notice and may enter for the purpose of showing the premises during normal business hours to prospective renters, buyers, lenders, for smoke alarm inspections, and/or for normal inspections and repairs. OWNER is permitted to make all alterations, repairs and maintenance that in OWNER'S judgment is necessary to perform.

  • Rights of entry The landlord shall enter the premises only: › with the tenant’s consent at the time of entry › in an emergency › for necessary maintenance or repairs, compliance or preparation for compliance with any requirements regarding smoke alarms or insulation, from 8 am to 7 pm, after 24 hours’ notice › for an inspection of the property or work done by the tenant, from 8 am to 7 pm after 48 hours’ notice › with the tenant’s prior consent, to show the premises to prospective tenants, purchasers, registered valuer or real estate agent doing an appraisal, or other expert engaged in appraising the premises. › Consent may not be unreasonably withheld but reasonable conditions may be imposed.
