The Media Requests clause defines the procedures and permissions related to requests from media organizations or journalists for information, interviews, or access. Typically, this clause outlines who within an organization is authorized to respond to such requests and may require prior approval before any information is shared publicly. Its core function is to ensure consistent, accurate communication with the media and to protect sensitive or proprietary information from unauthorized disclosure.
Media Requests. If GM notifies Supplier of any NGO or media requests relating to Supplier’s supply of Product to GM, Supplier will fully cooperate with providing to GM such information as GM reasonably requests for GM’s use in preparing a response thereto. The Parties will mutually agree on any information provided by Supplier in accordance with this provision prior to disclosure of such information.
Media Requests. The Parties agree to collaborate regarding any media requests or press releases related to the School, prior to responding to any media request or making a press release and further agree that any statement made will have prior approval by each Party. This requirement does not apply to general communications regarding OP or TISD that may include references to the School.
Media Requests. Recipients shall refer all requests by the media or public relations personnel to the Commission’s Grant Manager. Recipients must submit a written request for permission before consulting with the media and the Commission will provide consultation and talking points. The Dallas ISD and the Provider agree to collaborate prior to responding to any media request or making a press release and further agree that any statement made will have prior approval by the Dallas ISD Superintendent of Schools or designee. The Provider agrees to comply with all applicable state law and Dallas ISD policies related to photographs or audio or video recording of students. The Provider agrees that it may not use any photograph or audio or video recording of a Dallas ISD student for its own purposes without prior written parental permission. At all times, Provider agrees it shall not represent itself as a representative or agent of Dallas ISD and shall not use Dallas ISD’s name or logo without express written permission from Dallas ISD.
Media Requests. The request or press release related in any way to ISD and the Provider agree to collaborate regarding any media ISD students receiving services under this Contract. The ISD and the Provider agree to collaborate prior to responding to any media request or making a press release and further agree that any statement made will have prior approval by the ISD Superintendent of Schools or designee. The Provider agrees to comply with all applicable state law and ISD policies related to photographs or audio or video recording of students. The Provider further agrees to obtain fully-executed release forms from parents, on a form provided by ISD, prior to any use of any photograph or audio or video recording of a ISD student. At all times, Provider agrees it shall not represent itself as a representative or agent of ISD and shall not use ISD’s name or logo without express written permission from ISD.
Media Requests. If DFPS requires information from Contractor in order to respond to a media request, then the Department will contact Contractor and identify the needed information required by DFPS. Contractor must provide a report to DFPS with the requested information within two (2) calendar days unless DFPS and Contractor have agreed to a different timeframe. If DFPS and Contractor do agree to a different timeframe, Contractor must obtain written confirmation via e-mail of the agreement.
Media Requests. (a) Members and Employees will not comment publicly to the media about the Medical Panels Office or its work without first consulting with the Medical Panels Commissioner. Members and Employees will promptly notify the Medical Panels Commissioner of any media requests for comment and the Medical Panels Commissioner will work collaboratively with the Deputy Minister’s Office to deal with the requests.
Media Requests. The following provisions shall apply with respect to media requests in respect of the MacEwan Building:
(a) if a media request is made of the University relating to the MacEwan Building and is scheduled in advance, the University may choose to deal with such media request or ask that the Manager do so, in its sole discretion, except where the media specifically requests that the Students’ Union be involved in the request, in which case the University shall co-ordinate such request with the Students’ Union. If the University handles a media request on its own, but such request relates to the MacEwan Building, the University shall notify the Students’ Union of the request;
(b) where unsolicited, the Manager shall notify the Students’ Union and the University, and each of them shall be entitled to deal with the media presence in the MacEwan Building, using their respective reasonable discretion, but each of them shall advise the other of their responses to such unsolicited media presence as soon as is practicable; and
(c) where a solicited media request is made of the Students’ Union relating to the MacEwan Building, the Students’ Union shall be entitled to respond to such request, but shall notify the University of such request as soon as is practicable. Notwithstanding anything set forth in this Section 16.1:
(d) if there is to be an eviction or other non-voluntary departure from the MacEwan Building involving media, Campus Security shall be required to attend to same; and
(e) except where an incident involves health or life safety issues, in which case Campus Security shall be required to be involved forthwith, any issue with respect to media in enclosed Allocated Space shall be resolved by the party that is entitled to occupy such Allocated Space.
