METHODS OF SURVEILLANCE. Various methods exist to monitor performance. The Government may use, and is not limited to, the surveillance methods listed below in the administration of this QASP: a. Direct Observation: The ACO and/or TPOC will provide on-site oversight to assure the Contractor is adequately performing to the contract specifications. b. Verification of documentation/deliverables provided by Contractor: Government review and assessment of deliverables (timely submission, accuracy, and completeness) and performance will be accomplished in accordance with this QASP, the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM), the SOW and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). c. Inspections: Other inspections may be made in cases such as accident investigations, etc. Inspections shall be divided and scheduled as required.

METHODS OF SURVEILLANCE. The Government will inspect the service provider’s facility and operations using worksheets it developed for this purpose. All facilities will be subject to an annual full facility review using the procedures outlined in the ICE DRO Residential Standard. The Government’s annual full facility reviews will use the monitoring instruments embedded in the standards.‌ All Family Residential Facilities will have an on-site COTR and/or designees who will perform regular and more frequent inspections using the worksheet in Attachment 3. This worksheet will help the COTR or designee assess overall performance, by reviewing specific items within the functional areas on a daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly basis. Both annual and routine inspections will include a review of the service provider’s QCP activities including the reports and results generated by them.   • Video Surveillance Video surveillance has become a valuable resource for the protection of the Employer’s assets and assuring the safety of its employees. This type of surveillance has proven to be a major deterrent to criminals and we will never know how many thefts and robberies have been prevented. Unfortunately, it is sometimes our own employees who are observed committing criminal acts in our stores. Within the confines of the law, the Employer may use video cameras in almost any part of the store. The vast majority of employees have no need to be concerned and may be assured that common sense and discretion will prevail in choosing who is allowed access to any monitoring equipment or video tapes.

  • Surveillance For safety and security reasons we implement video and audio surveillance to monitor Revo Fitness Facilities. Surveillance is limited to the Revo Fitness Facility entry and floor areas only. By signing this Membership Agreement, you acknowledge that when accessing a Revo Fitness Facility you will be subject to video and audio surveillance and consent to such surveillance being taken and held by or on behalf of Revo Fitness.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Interface A defined set of transmission facilities that separate Load Zones and that separate the NYCA from adjacent Control Areas. Investor-Owned Transmission Owners. A Transmission Owner that is owned by private investors. At the present time these include: Central ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Gas & Electric Corporation, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation.
