Multiple Entries Sample Clauses

The "Multiple Entries" clause defines the rules and conditions under which a party may submit more than one entry or application within the context of an agreement, competition, or process. Typically, this clause outlines whether multiple submissions are permitted, any limitations on the number of entries, and the requirements for each entry to be considered valid, such as unique content or separate forms. Its core practical function is to ensure fairness and transparency by clarifying how multiple participations are handled, thereby preventing confusion or disputes regarding eligibility and the evaluation of entries.
