Narrative Reporting Sample Clauses
Narrative Reporting. The CM shall prepare written reports as described hereunder. All such reports shall be in 8-2" x 11" or other convenient format. Copies shall be maintained at the Project Site and transmitted to the Owner and the AE. A bound copy of the complete narrative report shall be submitted to the Owner at the conclusion of the PROJECT. The narrative reporting subsystem shall include the following reports:
(a) A monthly executive summary which provides an overview of current and outstanding issues and pending decisions, primary party responsible for the decision, future developments and expected achievements, and any problems or delays, including code violations found by the Permitting Authority.
(b) A monthly cost narrative describing the current construction cost estimate and status of the PROJECT.
(c) A monthly scheduling narrative summarizing the current status of the overall Project Schedule. This report shall include an analysis of the various Project Schedules, a description of the critical path, and the analysis as necessary to compare planned performance with actual performance.
(d) A monthly accounting narrative describing the current actual cost and payment status of the PROJECT with supporting document. This report shall relate current encumbrances and expenditures to the budget allocations.
(e) A monthly construction progress report during the construction phase summarizing the work of the various subcontractors. This report shall include information from the weekly job site meetings as applicable such as general conditions, long lead supplies, current deliveries, safety and labor relations programs, permits, construction problems and recommendations and plans for the succeeding month.
(f) A daily construction diary during the construction phase describing events and conditions on the project site.
Narrative Reporting. 5.1. Any narrative report to be submitted in accordance with the Agreement shall describe the results achieved through the Project activities during the reporting period and an analysis of the extent to which set Project objectives have been achieved. Reports shall be set up in a way to allow actual results to be compared with expected results in, as applicable, agreed Terms of Reference and/or Project Documents.
5.2. Any narrative report shall moreover include information on any lessons learned and consequent adaptations to the Project as well as materialised risks to the Project activities, including how these have been handled in the reporting period and/or how these will be handled in the future. For a completed Project, an assessment of the sustainability of the results achieved shall form part of the reporting.
5.3. Narrative reports submitted shall be signed by an authorised representative of the Implementing Partner.
Narrative Reporting. A narrative report must be submitted by the Recipient to the Department for each Fiscal Year of the Agreement, as follows:
Narrative Reporting. The Recipient Agency will provide the Contributing Agency with a narrative report on the progress of the Activities on a regular basis, as set out below. - Quarterly reports: September 2022, March 2023, June 2023, September 2023 and March 2024 - Annual reports: December 2022 and December 2023 - Final report: April 2024 The narrative reports shall be provided in line with the reporting requirements of the COSUDE agreement.
Narrative Reporting. 9.1 Mak will furnish to Sweden in writing a narrative report annually as per agreed template. The narrative report shall contain an analysis of progress of the Program activities and expected results, following the structure of the Program document (Annex A), the results based management log frames, and as further elaborated in the approved annual work plans. Financial and performance indicators shall be connected in Activity Plans, and Results Based Management indicators (Annex D) shall be reported against in annual narrative reports.
9.2 Mak will furnish to Sweden in writing a final Program Completion Report by 1 May 2020 at the latest. The Final Report shall contain an account on a cumulative basis covering the entire activity period, of
9.3 Mak shall provide Sweden with all such information relevant to the implementation of the Program as may be requested by Sweden.
Narrative Reporting. 7.1. Feed the Minds will ensure NRDP is aware of reporting requirements and proposing deadlines and formats to be used
7.2. NRDP will provide Feed the Minds with quarterly activity reports on the project and detailed narrative reports after each of the key activity including baseline assessment and workshops. Reports should aim to capture learning and assess progress against project objectives.
7.3. NRDP will be responsible for updating Feed the Minds of any factors that may affect the implementation and/or smooth running of the project against its originally intended aims and objectives.

Narrative Reporting. The Recipient Agency will provide the Contributing Agency with a narrative report on the progress of the Activities on a regular basis, as set out below. Interim narrative report due one month after the end of each activity; Final narrative report including an interim expenditure report as at November 30st, 2020 when all activities are completed.
