NOTICES AND NOTIFICATIONS. 11.1. 11.1.1. The party whose address indicated above has been changed, shall promptly notify other parties about the new address. Until this notice is made, the notifications, communications and summons sent to the addresses above shall be deemed as valid and effective.

11.8.1 Any notice required pursuant to the terms of this Agreement may be waived in writing by the Party entitled to receive such notice.
