Notification of Hours. The Board will advise all employees of the hours at which work begins and ends pursuant to Article 18, and of mealtimes.
Notification of Hours. Except for Substitute Custodians, work schedules showing the employees' shifts, work days, and hours shall be posted on all department bulletin boards at all times. Except for emergency situations, modification due to elections and in-service, necessary changes in the school day, and changes due to reorganization of work during school vacation periods, work schedules shall not be temporarily changed unless the changes are mutually agreed upon by the Union and the Employer. For the purpose of this paragraph, temporary shall mean 30 days or less. If the Employer needs to permanently change the shift of a position, the Employer shall first ask for volunteers (capable of performing the work for Classification 13), from within the classification. If there are no volunteers, the least senior employee (capable of performing the work for Classification 13) in the classification shall be assigned to the new shift. Employees assigned to a new shift shall be given at least twenty-one (21) days notice. The Employer shall make reasonable efforts to notify employees of overtime assignments at least 24 hours before reporting time, if overtime is assigned on days outside of the normal work week.

  • Reduction of Hours The Employer shall not reduce the weekly hours of work of an employee for the purpose of replacing such hours with another employee at a lower hourly rate of pay.

  • Span of Hours (a) The ordinary hours of work for a day worker will be between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. (b) A shift worker is an employee who works ordinary hours outside the day worker span of hours.

  • Conversion of Hours where an employee is granted vacation pursuant to this article, and where the regularly scheduled workday is greater than seven hours per day, the annual vacation entitlement shall be converted to hours on the basis of a seven-hour day and deducted accordingly.

  • Scheduling of Hours ‌ (a) Regular Employees (1) (i) Regular employees shall be scheduled hours within their classification based on seniority, subject to the employee's ability to meet specific client needs and geographic location.

  • Notification of Error The Trust will notify USBFS of any discrepancy between USBFS and the Trust, including, but not limited to, failing to account for a security position in the Fund’s portfolio, upon the later to occur of: (i) three business days after receipt of any reports rendered by USBFS to the Trust; (ii) three business days after discovery of any error or omission not covered in the balancing or control procedure; or (iii) three business days after receiving notice from any shareholder regarding any such discrepancy.
