Objectives of the study. This study aimed to obtain the criterion referenced and norm referenced agreement between the Mile Run/Walk Test, One-and- a-Half Mile Run/Walk Test and the PACER Test among male and female students aged 13, 14, and 15 years. Firstly, the findings of this research would determine the percentage of male and female secondary school students aged 13 years, 14 years, and 15 years in the state of Perak who passed the PACER Test, the Mile Run/ Walk Test, and the Body Mass Index based on the FITNESSGRAM Standard (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ et al., 2003). Secondly, the findings of this study would determine the percentage of male and female secondary school students aged 13 years, 14 years, and 15 years in the state of Perak who passed the One-and- a-Half Mile Run/Walk Test according to the American College of Sports Medicine standards (ACSM, 1999). Thirdly, the findings of this study would provide feedback on the reliability of the PACER test, which is the 20-metre multistage stage shuttle run. Fourthly, this was to determine the reliability of the Mile Run/Walk Test, One-and-a-Half Mile Run/ Walk Test, and the PACER Test so as to determine which test is the most suitable to measure the cardiovascular endurance among students depending on age and gender sex. Fifthly, the findings of this study would provide useful feedback to Sports Education and sports ecience teachers in Perak on the appropriateness of tests to measure cardiovascular endurance among students depending on age level and gender sex. Sixth, the findings of this study could be used by the Malaysian Ministry of Education, teacher education division, curriculum development centre, and state education departments as useful feedback to improve the sports education and sports science curricular. A study on the criterion referenced and norm referenced agreement between the Mile Run/Walk Test, One-and-a-Half Mile Run/Walk Test and the PACER Test among male and female secondary school students aged 13 years, 14 years, and 15 years in the state of Perak was conducted to achieve the following objectives. Firstly it was to test the test-retest reliability of the PACER Test, the 20 metres multistage stage shuttle run. Secondly, it was to test the similarity in reliability of the Mile Run/Walk Test, One-and-a- Half Mile Run/Walk Test, and the PACER Test based on the norm referenced and criterion referenced framework. Therefore, this was a study to find out if subjects could be classed as pass or fail when compared with the cri...
Objectives of the study. The objective of the study is to investigate the impact of the level of women in the workforce on Kuwaiti economic growth, and by applying the anticipated results of the model designed to test such impact, to assess the impact on the overall economy of the state of Kuwait by using the rate of growth of Kuwaiti gross domestic product (GDP); GDP being considered one of the measures that reflect the status of the economy. Specifically, the objective of the study will be achieved by:
1) Providing a theoretical framework as to how the so-called women level in the workforce combines with certain variables to contribute a great deal towards economic growth.
2) Subjecting the relevant data collected via the postal questionnaire to a package of statistical tests using the SPSS as posted in the study model, to test the validity of the proposed hypothesis of the thesis, formulated in a way that expresses the impact of the level of women in the workforce in the context of education level; income inequality; foreign direct investment; rate of population growth; exports; human capital; political empowerment; technology; and the rate of growth in GDP.
3) Face-to-face interviews with five academics, five policy makers and business people, to gain some more insights arising from the questionnaire responses. In particular, the face-to- face interviews will seek to ascertain the reasons why the three group's surveyed think there is – or is not – a relationship between economic growth and the ten factors included in the postal questionnaire.

Objectives of the study. The objectives of the study are: • To determine the nature of the time-sharing contract, • To take note of its details, • To clarify its legal aspects, • To determine the legal adaptation for it to consolidate this contract by the general rules of the Jordanian Civil Code, • To provide legal protection for the beneficiary (beneficiary) of the time-sharing contract, which is marred by legal ambiguity. • To explain the difficulties facing the time-sharing contract, • To mention the appropriate solutions for this contract and • To mention the advantages and facilities that made many accept such contracts. • To determine the legal nature of owning shares by the time-sharing system.
Objectives of the study. The Ethiopian Federal Ministry of Health confirmed its first case of COVID-19 on 13 March 2020, in Addis Ababa (Organization et al., n.d.). Also, WHO report shows 476,398 6 total confirmed cases and 7,516 confirmed deaths are reported in Ethiopia up to June 13 ,2022. Despite the fact that the number of confirmed cases and deaths reported varies from time to time, the outbreak has taken the lives of several hundreds and affected different livelihoods in Ethiopia. WHO declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern on 30 January 2020, and a pandemic on 11 March 2020. As of 20 December 2021, the continuing pandemic had caused more than 275 million cases and 5.35 million deaths, making it one of the deadliest in history. For a novel infection, when the transmission dynamics of an epidemiological disease is unknown, mathematical models play a key role to estimates the number of worst and best case scenarios. It can also aid in estimating the effect of precautionary measures adopted against novel coronavirus. With preventive techniques, the main object is to preserve the basic reproduction number R0 below 1, to control further development of infection, whereas in a mitigation policy, the main object is to indelicate the effect of outbreak. In this thesis, we developed a SEI1I2 HVR model from flow chart in figure 1.1 and conducted qualitative analysis and performed sensitivity analysis based on parameter values taken by estima- tion which describes the transmission dynamics of COVID-19 using a system of non-linear ODEs. After we developed the model, we studied existence and stability analysis of Solution. To achieve the objective of this research, we employed qualitative and numerical method. To supplement the solution of the model, we used Matlab software to perform a numerical simulation of the model (4.1).
