Office Records. The Sick Leave Ledger to be kept by the Department of Employee Relations, and referred to in Article 8, may be examined by a teacher, as it concerns the teacher's own account, once a year during the month of September. A statement shall be sent out at the beginning of each school year by the Superintendent of Human Resources to all teachers showing absence during the previous year and the balance, if any, to the credit of the teacher, in the Cumulative Sick Leave Reserve.
