Operational Area. An intermediate level of the state emergency services organization, consisting of the County and all political subdivisions within the county area. In a state of emergency, the operational area shall serve as a link in the system of communications and coordination between the political subdivisions comprising the operational area and the Regional or State Emergency Operations Center.

Operational Area. The area of operation comprises the land owned by [land owner] and referred to as ‘[the Park]’. Projects and activities may however be undertaken elsewhere as seen fit by the committee. The committee reserves the right to extend the area of operation in due course.

Normal Day-to-Day Operations • Review the OAMA plan and familiarize yourself with the procedures. • Work with your local jurisdictions and OEMS Regional Administrator to ensure you receive information on OAMA resources in your OES region. • Develop and update regularly, a filing system or data base where the OAMA Program resources can reside and be immediately accessed. • Provide the OES Regional Administrator with updated information on local jurisdictions and operational area resources. • Identify roles and procedures for personnel you may receive through activation of OAMA. • Participate in exercises and drills of the OAMA plan. B. Activation (Requesting Operational Area) • Verify local jurisdiction's emergency declaration. • Assess needs of local jurisdictions and process their requests. (See OAMA Needs Assessment Form in Part Three.) • Identify the positions or tasks that need to be filled in your request for mutual aid. Include where and when to report and to whom. (See Operational Area Resource Request Form in Part Three.) • Review data base to determine what personnel best fit the request. • Contact the local jurisdiction directly if they are in your operational area to request assistance. If assistance is needed from outside your operational area, process your request through your OES Regional Administrator. • Forward a copy of your request to your OES Regional Administrator or regional EMMA Coordinator. • Coordinate the negotiation of the specific terms and conditions of aid with the party that will provide it. • Ensure arrangements have been made for lodging and local transportation for incoming personnel. (See OAMA Dispatch Checklist Form in Part Three.) • Upon receiving mutual aid, ensure that personnel are briefed on the situation, their duties, whom they report to, and the duration. Activation (Responding Operational Area) • Establish contact with the regional OAMA coordinator or logistics branch. • Coordinate mutual aid requests from your OES Administrative Region to local jurisdictions. • Ensure your OES Regional Administrator is informed of your personnel availability and other particulars, in the event that the situation becomes worse and more resources are needed. • Receive instructions and forward specifics to responding personnel. Operational Area. Kincaid sha▇▇ ▇▇▇, while this Agreement remains in effect, own or operate, or grant the right to any third party to establish, any other Outlet within the Designated Area. Nothing in this Section 2.3 shall be deemed or construed in any manner, however, as limiting or restricting the right of Kincaid to ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ncaid Pro▇▇▇▇▇ ▇t wholesale to any furniture Retailer doing business within the Designated Area, including to furniture Retailers whose store may contain a Kincaid Gal▇▇▇▇, ▇o long as such Retailer is not operating an Outlet therein.

Operational Area.  The ‘Authorised Operating Area’ of each CT scheme forms the basis of the ‘Population’ element of each operator’s CPT grant payment.  To qualify for CPT funding, trips should either originate or terminate within the CT scheme’s Authorised Operating Area. Passengers carried should be resident in the relevant CT scheme’s Authorised Operating Area.  Requests for trips from Leicestershire residents outside the scheme’s Authorised Operating Area should be handled in one of the following ways: o the scheme refers the request to the appropriate CT scheme; if that scheme is unable to fulfil the trip, then the trip can be operated outside the Authorised Operating Area and declared as CPT to the Council. If the appropriate scheme is able to provide the trip, the request should be handed over to them. o the scheme decides not to approach the appropriate CT scheme, provides the trip on a full cost recovery basis and does not report the trip to the Council via the CT Quarterly Performance Monitoring Form.  CT schemes are advised to keep a record of all requests for ‘Out Of Authorised Operating Area’ trips and the outcome, to inform any future operational boundary reviews.

Operational Area. For the coordination of public works mutual aid shall normally by a county and all jurisdictions within the county that are parties to this Agreement.
