Overtime Assignments – River Bluff Nursing Home. The Employer shall assign and distribute overtime as equitably as possible among the employees who normally perform the work in the position classification where the overtime is needed. In addition to the appropriate hourly rate of pay for all hours worked, employees who volunteer for a shift of overtime of four (4) hours or more shall receive an additional $25.00.
