Packaging and Labelling Clause Samples

The Packaging and Labelling clause sets out the requirements for how goods must be packaged and labelled before delivery. It typically specifies standards for packaging materials, methods to ensure product protection during transit, and the information that must appear on labels, such as product descriptions, handling instructions, or regulatory compliance marks. This clause ensures that products arrive safely, are easily identifiable, and meet legal or contractual obligations, thereby reducing the risk of damage, loss, or regulatory issues.
