Parking Policies. Parking regulations are enforced all year, including periods when classes are not in session. Visitors to the campus, including those who have been granted privileges to use ECU facilities, must comply with parking regulations as published by the ECU police department. The lessee will be responsible for ensuring that all spectators/participants park in authorized parking lots and do not block fire lanes, entrances or exits, or other thoroughfares. Normal ending times of events on campus will be 12:00 A.M. (midnight) unless otherwise approved by the Events Management coordinator. ECU expressly reserves the right to require that any event end at an earlier time, given considerations of: safety, crowd control, weather, noise, and potential disruption of favorable community relationships. Distribution and consumption of food and drink is not allowed in the ▇▇▇▇▇ Center. Food for any event must be provided through the ECU Food Service. Charges for this service will be determined by the food service director. Alcoholic beverages shall not be possessed or consumed by individuals on the ECU campus, unless working with Chartwells (the ECU Foodservice and Catering provider.)
Parking Policies. The Transportation Plan requires effective parking management to limit the supply of parking on the Property to the minimum level necessary for a financially viable project and to manage the demand for that parking. Vehicle repairs may only be done with Management’s permission and in areas and at times specified by Management. Motorcycles must be parked in parking lots, never on sidewalks, in landscape areas or apartments and must not damage asphalt, etc. Vehicles parked on the property must park “head in” only and show current registration. Management may elect to charge as additional rent a $ fine for repeat offenders.

The Resident hereby rents from the Owner Alterra at Overlook Ridge assigned parking space or garage space No. at a charge of $0.00 per month which shall be due with the monthly rent and deemed to be additional rent. f) If the vehicle and/or license plate listed above is changed in the future. Resident shall notify the Owner within twenty-four (24) hours so that a replacement sticker can be issued and the vehicle is not subject to ticketing or towing. g) Resident understands that the parking space or garage is for the stickered car only. and no other car can be placed into the assigned space under any circumstances.   • PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations govern the use of the parking facilities which serve the Building. Tenant will be bound by such rules and regulations and agrees to cause its employees, subtenants assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees to observe the same: 1. Tenant Will not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant’s employees, subtenants, customers or invitees to be loaded, unloaded or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. No vehicles are to be left in the parking areas overnight and no vehicles are to be parked in the parking areas other than normally sized passenger automobiles, motorcycles and pick-up trucks. No extended term storage of vehicles is permitted. 2. Vehicles must be parked entirely within painted stall lines of a single parking stall. 3. All directional signs and arrows must be observed. 4. The speed limit within all parking areas shall be five (5) miles per hour. 5. Parking is prohibited: (a) in areas not striped for parking; (b) in aisles or on ramps; (c) where “no parking” signs are posted; (d) in cross-hatched areas; and (e) in such other areas as may be designated from time to time by Landlord or Landlord’s parking operator. 6. Landlord reserves the right, without cost or liability to Landlord, to tow any vehicle if such vehicle’s audio theft alarm system remains engaged for an unreasonable period of time. 7. Washing, waxing, cleaning or servicing of any vehicle in any area not specifically reserved for such purpose is prohibited. 8. Landlord may refuse to permit any person to park in the parking facilities who violates these rules with unreasonable frequency, and any violation of these rules shall subject the violator’s car to removal, at such car owner’s expense. Tenant agrees to use its best efforts to acquaint its employees, subtenants, assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees with these parking provisions, rules and regulations. 9. Landlord reserves the right, without cost or liability to Landlord, to tow any vehicles which are used or parked in violation of these rules and regulations. 10. Landlord reserves the right from time to time to modify and/or adopt such other reasonable and non-discriminatory rules and regulations for the parking facilities as it deems reasonably necessary for the operation of the parking facilities.
