Performance Assessments Clause Samples
Performance Assessments. (a) Where a formal performance assessment of an employee’s work performance is conducted, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity to read, review and discuss the assessment. The performance assessment will be initialed by the employee to indicate that he has received and read a copy of same. A place will be provided on the assessment form for the employee to indicate their agreement or disagreement with the review.
(b) Performance assessments shall be used by the Employer as a means of assisting in the training and development of employees or to bring to the employee’s attention areas that require improvement.
(c) Where disciplinary action is taken in connection with matters addressed in an appraisal, the Employer shall issue a letter of discipline concerning these matters separate and apart from the appraisal document.
Performance Assessments. Where a formal assessment of an employee's work performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity to read and review the assessment. Provision shall be made on the assessment for the employee to sign it. Such signature shall not be evidence of agreement or disagreement with the assessment. A copy of the assessment shall be provided to the employee after she/he has signed it, and such assessment shall not be changed without the knowledge of the employee.

Performance Assessments a) The Employer will implement and maintain a performance assessment and development program designed to assist Supervisors/Managers in the training and development of COPE staff. Performance Assessments. 15.1 You acknowledge and agree that DT Global or our Donor may issue performance assessments in relation to this contract. These may include subcontractor performance assessments, partner performance assessments, subcontractor key personnel performance assessments or adviser performance assessments using:
(a) DT Global templates, available upon request, amended from time-to-time; or
(b) where directed by the Donor, Donor templates that are substantially in accordance with Partner Performance Assessments or Adviser Performance Assessments templates available on DFAT website, amended from time-to-time (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/about-us/business- opportunities/resources).
15.2 You will:
(a) sign and return the performance assessments together with any response within 15 days of receipt; and
(b) ensure that subcontractor personnel performance assessments together with any response any personnel wishes to include are signed and returned within 15 days of receipt
15.3 You must insert clauses in any subcontracts relating to the Contract that require the subcontractor to agree that:
(a) in relation to the subcontract, we or the Donor may issue:
(i) a subcontractor performance assessment; or
(ii) subcontractor key personnel performance assessments
(b) the performance assessments will be substantially in accordance with or Donor templates (available on DFAT website, amended from time-to-time)

(b) A performance assessment which the employee concerned believes is unfair, unreasonable and/or which contains incorrect information shall be subject to revision through the grievance procedure, and arbitration if necessary, in which case the arbitrator shall be empowered to order any revisions deemed necessary to ensure that the performance assessment in question is fair, reasonable and correct.
Performance Assessments. The Charter School shall forward publicly available results from statewide assessments to the District promptly upon receipt by the Charter School, but in no event later than October 1 or two weeks after the California Department of Education publishes results, whichever is later.
Performance Assessments. If the Employer introduces formal assessments, it will use a form which has the agreement of the Union, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld. Employees shall receive copies of formal assessments of their job performance.
