Points of Assembly and Work Start Times. (a) Where a work unit is staffed by employees who are members of more than one component and where there is a work dependency between such employees, the start time shall be established for the members of the Component having the largest representation in the work unit. (b) If one or more of the Components in the work unit has a point of assembly negotiated in a component agreement and there is a work dependency between such employees, then the point of assembly for all employees in the work unit shall be as negotiated for the members of the Component having the largest representation in the work unit.
Points of Assembly and Work Start Times. (a) Where a work unit is staffed by Employees who are covered by more than one (1) Agreement and where there is a work dependency between such Employees, the start time shall be established for the members having the largest representation in the work unit. (b) When Employees are required to report to a central location in order to be assigned their work location, their workday shall commence from the time they are required to report for assignment.

If the starting and finishing times cannot be agreed to at the local level, the matter shall be referred to the Joint Committee. If the Joint Committee cannot reach agreement within ten (10) days, the matter may be referred by either side to the Bargaining Principals. Until the matter is resolved by the principals, the Employer may introduce interim starting and finishing times after a fourteen (14) day notice period. b) Time spent in travel in excess of the time spent in travel from the employee's residence to his/her business office and return shall be considered as time worked.

  • Workday and Workweek The regular workweek of a full-time employee in the bargaining unit shall be forty (40) hours and shall consist of five (5) consecutive days of eight (8) hours per day.

The Borrower may only modify the methods of procurement or threshold values with the prior agreement of ADB, and modifications must be set out in updates to the Procurement Plan.
