Posting of Overtime. The Department will post a Scheduled Overtime Sign-up List on the Division's bulletin board once every two weeks. Employees who wish to be considered for scheduled overtime during that time period must sign the list.
Posting of Overtime. 1. A schedule hereinafter referred to as the “Overtime Schedule” shall be maintained and posted by the Supervisor in a conspicuous place or places to which the employees responsible shall have the greatest access. The Overtime Schedule shall be maintained by the Supervisor who shall be charged with responsibility of including in the Overtime Schedule the work to be performed and by whom. This schedule shall be posted twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the time the overtime is to commence. 2. No employee shall be required to perform scheduled overtime work of which he/she was not aware because of the lack of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. In the event the Supervisor fails to maintain the overtime schedule properly or in the event that any employee failed to receive his/her share of overtime, the employee shall be given the earliest opportunity to perform such overtime. 3. The District shall provide a section on the Master Overtime Chart where an employee may indicate that he/she does not desire to work overtime for any given week. Workweeks shall be defined as the period Saturday through Friday. An employee indicating he/she does not desire overtime, shall be charged for any overtime he/she would have been scheduled to work in that week on the Master Overtime Chart. In the event an employee does not indicate that he/she is unavailable for overtime for a given week, and subsequently is notified of overtime opportunity in timely fashion, that employee shall not refuse the offered overtime without good cause. If overtime is refused without good cause, that employee shall not be entitled to any overtime during the following week.
Posting of Overtime. For overtime needs anticipated in advance: A. The Required Board overtime signup sheet shall be dated and posted on the corresponding shift board. B. For each occurrence of Required Board overtime posting, employees may not sign up for more than two (2) overtime periods, or slots, of overtime during the first four (4) days the overtime sign-up sheet is posted; provided, however, that the preceding limitation shall not apply to Unbid Board sign-up. C. After the four (4) day period expires, employees may sign up for additional time. If the four (4) day posting period is not possible due to time constraints, the shift supervisor may post for a shorter period. D. Any voluntary overtime work under this clause that would constitute work at the double time rate shall be reviewed by the Deputy Director for consideration of approval.
Posting of Overtime. All overtime hours for drivers will be posted at the end of each two- month period during the school year.
Posting of Overtime. The Chief shall maintain a complete record of all overtime and special details and shall post monthly such record on the Association bulletin board. An up-to-date record of each employee's accumulated overtime shall be sent to the secretary of the Association within the month of January for the purpose of posting on the bulletin board.

  • Banking of Overtime (i) Tour Workers who work in excess of eight (8) consecutive hours shall have the option of receiving the overtime premium on the basis of this Section or of receiving straight time for hours in excess of eight (8) consecutive hours and taking equivalent time off in units of not less than four (4) hours at the hourly rate for the job when the work was performed, at a time suitable to the employee and the Company during the contract year. Any overtime remaining at the end of the contract year in which it is banked may be carried over to the next contract year for purposes of taking equivalent time off. If equivalent time off is not taken by the end of the contract year following the contract year in which it is earned, the Company shall pay the deferred one-half premium pay. Tour Workers who choose to bank overtime may later re-elect to receive the deferred one-half premium pay. (ii) Day Workers who work in excess of ten (10) hours in a day shall have the option of receiving the overtime premium on the basis of this Section or of receiving straight time for hours in excess of ten (10) hours in a day and taking equivalent time off in units of not less than four (4) hours at the hourly rate for the job when the work was performed, at a time suitable to the employee and the Company during the contract year. Any overtime remaining at the end of the contract year in which it is banked may be carried over to the next contract year for purposes of taking equivalent time off. If equivalent time off is not taken by the end of the contract year following the contract year in which it is earned, the Company shall pay the deferred one-half premium pay. Day Workers who choose to bank overtime may later re-elect to receive the deferred one-half premium pay. (iii) When the banked time off is requested in writing seven (7) days in advance, employees shall receive written notice of the disposition of their request a minimum of seventy-two

  • Posting of Schedules The Employer shall post the weekly work schedule for all employees not later than Monday 6:00 p.m. and twenty-two (22) days in advance. An employee's schedule may be changed without notice in the event of absence of other staff due to sickness or accident or in the event of emergencies. In all other cases, at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of any change must be given or four (4) additional hours' pay given in lieu of notice. All requests for time off for special personal events to be made to Management for their approval prior to the posting of the schedule, and will be granted wherever possible. It is understood that this clause does not apply to casual employees. There shall be a daily starting time for each employee. Daily hours of work for full time employees shall be consecutive, with the exception of meal periods.

  • Sharing of Overtime Overtime work shall be allocated equitably to qualified employees considering their availability and location.

  • Recording of Overtime Employees shall record starting and finishing times for overtime worked in a form determined by the Employer.

  • Notice of Overtime The Agency shall give as much notice as possible of overtime to be worked.
