PRESENT CONDITIONS. No present employee, who, prior to the date of this Agreement, was receiving more than the rate of wages or vacations designated in this Agreement, for the class of work in which the employee was engaged, shall suffer a reduction in the rate of wages or vacations from the application of this Agreement.
PRESENT CONDITIONS. No employee shall be subject to a reduction in wage rates because of application of this Agreement so long as the employee remains in the same classification.
PRESENT CONDITIONS. No present employee who prior to the date of this Agreement was receiving more than the rate of wages designated by this Agreement for the class of work in which he or she was engaged shall suffer a reduction in the rate of wages or other benefits from the application of this Agreement. Provided, however, where premium amounts are based upon special work assignments or performance, these premiums above the contractual amounts may be reduced should the employee’s special assignment/performance be the reason for the reduction.

PRESENT CONDITIONS. 30.01 All rights, benefits and working conditions which Employees now enjoy, receive or possess as Employees of the Employer shall continue to be enjoyed and possessed insofar as they are consistent with this Agreement, but may be modified by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union.

Should the Union become aware of an employee who, prior to the date of this Agreement, was receiving more than the rate of wages, vacation, or any other enhanced benefit than designated in this Agreement for the work in which the employee was engaged, the Union will notify the Employer and the parties will meet to address and resolve the issue.
PRESENT CONDITIONS. No employee presently employed by the Employer shall suffer a reduction in compensation and/or privileges because of implementation of this Agreement.
PRESENT CONDITIONS. Rights, benefits, privileges, customs, practices and working conditions which Employees now enjoy, receive or possess shall not continue, unless they are expressly stipulated within this Agreement.
