Common use of Presentation of a Grievance Clause in Contracts

Presentation of a Grievance. The Board of Social Services agrees that in the presentation of a grievance (at Steps 1, 2, 3 & 4) there shall be no loss of pay for the time spent in presenting the grievance by the grievant and one (1) Union representative, who is an employee at the Board, throughout the grievance procedure. In addition, up to three (3) paid days per calendar year will be granted for appearances before the NJ PERC to present ULPs.

In addition, up to three four (34) paid days per calendar year will be granted for appearances before the NJ PERC to present ULPs.
