Processing of Information. Information about Grantee and Grantee’s award of Common Shares and Deferred Cash Dividends may be collected, recorded and held, used and disclosed for any purpose related to the administration of the award. Grantee understands that such processing of this information may need to be carried out by the Company and its Subsidiaries and by third party administrators whether such persons are located within Grantee’s country or elsewhere, including the United States of America. Grantee consents to the processing of information relating to Grantee and Grantee’s receipt of the Common Shares and Deferred Cash Dividends in any one or more of the ways referred to above.

Collection of information In connection with your use of the Software, EPOS Group A/S will process certain personal data solely for the purpose of providing the Software and the related services. EPOS Group A/S acts as the data processor for these data processing activities and the terms hereof is set out in the data processing agreement you accept before you install the Software. EPOS Group A/S collects the following categories of information from users of the Software: − Information that is technically necessary for the functionalities of the system (e.g. the user’s IP address and MAC address) − Anonymous diagnostic information from users regarding the technical functionality of the system (e.g. data packet loss, exceptions, length of conversation and microphone/speaker volume). The purpose of this is to improve the quality of our solution − Information used to support user settings in the Software − Information used for business intelligence and the improvement and optimization of the system from users of the Software (e.g. kind of device used, the number of active / inactive users) EPOS Group A/S collects and processes personal information from users of the Software to allow the company’s IT administrator to distribute client software and unit software and carry out maintenance of associated units and configuration of units belonging to associated users. The following information will be collected from users of the Software: − User’s first name and surname − User’s e-mail address EPOS Group A/S reserves the right via e-mail to notify the user of updates and new features contained in the Software. EPOS Group A/S does not collect information other than stated above and does not collect sensitive personal information about users of the Software. The information collected from users of the Software will not be compared to or amalgamated with information about the user from other sources or from third parties. EPOS Group A/S will not pass on or otherwise make available any collected information on users to third parties except for sub-processors as mentioned in the Data Processing Agreement.
Processing of Information. I accept, agree and understand that SPU obtain, retain and process data and documents in electronic and paper format, including the data supplied by myself. I also acknowledge that SPU is committed to: • protecting and promoting the privacy of my Personal Information including that of all its students and employees, or any other individuals / entities; • give effect to the Constitutional right to privacy; • fulfil its obligations under the Protection of Personal Information Act No 4 of 2013 (hereinafter referred to as ‘POPIA’).
19.1 I hereby consent to SPU processing, using and transferring any personal information and data and using such documents in electronic or other formats for whatsoever purposes required during this period while applications for accreditation is considered and processed, and therafter. 19.2 SPU acknowledges and agrees that the Personal Information will not, under any circumstances, be processed for purposes prohibited by ▇▇▇▇▇, and that any processing of Personal Information will be done fairly and in accordance with relevant legislation, given that the purpose for which the personal information is processed is adequate, relevant and not excessive. 19.3 I acknowledge that I have been informed that I have the right to object in the prescribed manner to SPU as it relates to the processing of my personal information, by sending a written notification to this effect to the Registrar of SPU. On receipt of such objection SPU will place a hold on any further processing until the objection has been resolved. I do however understand that any inability by SPU to process personal information for reasonable purposes related to academic, support and administrative purposes will result in SPU having the right to reconsider my status at SPU, which might include suspension and/or cancellation of my registration at SPU. 20. GENERAL 20.1 This document contains the entire agreement between the Parties in regard to the subject matter hereof.
