Project Management and Capacity Building. The outputs for this Component will be operational and strengthened project management systems. Activities will include:

(c) Carrying out civil works for the appropriate functioning of PMU-DoT to be housed in DoT and PMU-C&W to be housed in C&W.

Project Management and Capacity Building. This FFA does not constitute a legal obligation on the part of ADB to commit any financing. At its sole discretion, exercised reasonably, ADB has the right to deny any financing request made by Sri Lanka, cancel the uncommitted portion of the Facility, and withdraw Sri Lanka’s right to request any financing tranche under the Facility.
