Project Management and Communication. For the 12-month duration of the project, WSP will monitor the project budget, prepare monthly progress reports and invoices, and manage the subcontractors, project schedule and team deliverables. WSP will also participate in bi-weekly project management meetings with the City’s project manager. Project Management and Communication. The Consultant shall appoint a Project Manager (PM) who shall serve as the primary point of contact between the County and the Consultant team. Consultant PM shall be responsible for managing their team’s work, keeping the project work on schedule and within the project budget. The Consultant PM shall provide a concise monthly progress report to the County PM to include at a minimum: an ongoing meetings/coordination log, actual project schedule updates, comparison with the baseline project schedule, and any relevant project matters (either ongoing, or which have occurred since the previous monthly progress report). All communications with the County shall flow through and from the Consultant PM to the County PM. Following meetings or conference calls, the Consultant shall summarize the discussion, issues, and decisions and shall distribute them within 72 hours to the County PM for concurrence. The Consultant shall develop a baseline project schedule to be discussed and refined at the kick-off meeting.
Project Management and Communication. The Parties will establish a Project management team, to which each Party will delegate at least one representative. Perrigo and Galmed will keep each other informed about the progress of the Project and the services contemplated hereunder, periodically discuss the progress and results and, if needed, jointly agree on adjustments to the annexures hereto.
Project Management and Communication. Communication will be robust and transparent throughout the course of this project build. As such, “Focus” will complete a weekly report on project status and any issues that arise and proposed resolutions, as well as conduct regular meetings as mutually agreed upon with the client.   • Incident Event and Communications Management a. Incident Management/Notification of Breach - DST shall develop, implement and maintain an incident response plan that specifies actions to be taken when DST or one of its subcontractors suspects or detects that a party has gained material unauthorized access to Fund Data or systems or applications containing any Fund Data (the “Response Plan”). Such Response Plan shall include the following: i. Escalation Procedures - An escalation procedure that includes notification to senior managers and appropriate reporting to regulatory and law enforcement agencies. This procedure shall provide for reporting of incidents that compromise the confidentiality of Fund Data (including backed up data) to Fund via telephone or email (and provide a confirmatory notice in writing as soon as practicable); provided that the foregoing notice obligation is excused for such period of time as DST is prohibited by law, rule, regulation or other governmental authority from notifying Fund. ii. Incident Reporting - DST will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly furnish to Fund information that DST has regarding the general circumstances and extent of such unauthorized access to the Fund Data.
