Project Management Support. Dominion will provide Project management support to oversee the general operations of the Project through the Agreement Term. The Project manager is responsible for arranging all meetings, visits and consultations between the parties and for all administrative matters such as invoices, payments and amendments. The Parties shall develop and finalize a Project implementation plan including a training and delivery schedule. The Parties agree that during the course of the implementation, changes to the Project schedule may be required. Any changes to the Project schedule must be mutually agreed to by both Parties and such agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Project Management Support. Provision of technical advisory services and other material support to strengthen PMD and support the management of the incremental activities generated by the Project.
Project Management Support. The Contractor shall provide Project Management Support services to advise and support the development of sound policy-based, programmatic, financial, and operational decisions. The key services to be provided include, but are not limited to, the following activities:

1. In relation to Project financial and procurement management, Project technical and financial audits, and Project monitoring and evaluation;
2. Incremental operating costs associated with Project implementation; and
3. Vehicle for logistics of Project implementation. The Project is expected to be completed by June 30, 2009.
Project Management Support. Project management support shall consist of the efforts of Company Personnel providing services to Customer other than the services listed above, including, but not limited to, assisting Customer in installing and using the Platform. Company reserves the right to charge additional fees for such support.
Project Management Support. This Part will support Project management-related costs and develop the capacity of Project staff in the identification, evaluation and implementation of climate resilience and emissions mitigation options. Specifically, the allocated funds will broadly cover the cost of: (i) consulting services; (ii) incremental operating costs; and (iii) training for Project management staff. Financing support under this Part will cater to all aspects of Project management including but not limited to recruitment and staff training on procurement and financial management, the environmental and social safeguards implementation and compliance, monitoring and evaluation, communication and knowledge management. In all the proposed training for Project staff, provisions will be made to integrate climate resilience and mitigation management.
Project Management Support. The Professional shall provide one additional project manager for an average of 5 hours per week for FY 24 through FY 26. The project manager shall train the primary project manager as needed on NBU processes to assist in transition between project managers from one FY to the next.
Project Management Support. Providing consulting services and equipment to strengthen the capacity of MRD to provide efficient project management support for Project implementation.
Project Management Support. In the interest of providing continuity for Project management, the PIU director shall serve in the position throughout the Project implementation period, except in case of gross dereliction of duties or such other serious cause, provided that such a determination is made through due process. MOT, through ARS shall provide the PIU with adequate office space and support services in a form satisfactory to ADB throughout the implementation period. MOT, through ARS shall ensure that, upon completion of the Project, PIU staff is integrated to implement future projects or subprojects financed by ADB.
