Provision to Third Parties Clause Samples
A Provision to Third Parties clause defines whether and how rights or obligations under a contract may be extended to or enforced by individuals or entities who are not original parties to the agreement. Its core function is to prevent unintended legal claims or obligations arising from outsiders, thereby ensuring that only the contracting parties have enforceable rights and responsibilities unless explicitly stated otherwise.
