E-filing files shall be entered into ACS by the filing party via the Internet. Files received by mail and over the counter will be initially entered into ACS by the case manager. ACS shall enable files to automatically be given a system-recorded time stamp. See e-filing requirements for all file creation steps following an e-filing.

  • Related Documents The words "Related Documents" mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.
