Receptionist. Perform other administrative tasks such as typing, filing, scheduling conference rooms, conference rooms, ordering supplies, updating the organizational chart and updating calendars. . Back-up branch secretary when required. . Work requests will be received from IBM personnel. . Perform other duties as assigned.
