The Work Requests clause defines the process by which one party can formally request specific tasks or services from the other party under the agreement. Typically, it outlines the required format, content, and approval procedures for submitting and responding to such requests, ensuring that all work to be performed is clearly documented and agreed upon before commencement. This clause helps prevent misunderstandings by establishing a clear workflow for initiating and authorizing additional work, thereby ensuring both parties have a mutual understanding of expectations and obligations.
Work Requests. 19.4.1. All requests for maintenance and repair work will be received by the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services or his/her designee. He/she will deliver them directly to the persons responsible in the Teaching/Learning Center and at the High Point School. 19.4.2. These requests will be initialed by the person doing the work at such time as the work is completed and returned to either the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services or his/her designee.

Work Requests. When Client desires Services to be performed by Universal, Client shall give Universal a request for such Services. The request shall be in the form of a written work request, purchase order, or other written document (each, along with any appropriately issued Change Order, a “Work Request”). Upon agreement between Client and Universal regarding the specific terms of the Work Request, Universal shall thereafter commence the performance of the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Work Request and this Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in the Work Request, Universal shall provide all labor, maintenance, supervision, and all equipment, materials, supplies, instruments, vehicles, and facilities needed to perform the Services in accordance herewith.
Work Requests. The Online Service includes a “Smartsourcing” tool that allows you to submit requests to an on- demand work force for completion of simple tasks (“Work Requests”). If you place a Work Request through the Online Service, Smartsheet uses ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇’s “Mechanical Turk” and/or other third party services to submit Work Requests to third parties who may wish to perform such tasks (“Service Providers”).

The State Center’s approval of the Work Request triggers all the rights and obligations of the State Center, the Beneficiary and the Consultant under this Agreement. The Work Request shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, unless the Work Request specifically includes any additional or different terms and specifically identifies whatever terms in this Agreement that are to be amended by such additional or different term.

Work Requests. 19.4.1. All requests for maintenance and repair work will be received by the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services or his/her designee through the online maintenance request system. He/she will deliver them directly to the persons responsible to complete the assignment. If employees are asked by other staff to perform maintenance or repair work, the employee will direct the staff person to enter a work order through the online maintenance system. In cases of emergencies employees will contact their supervisor to get direction, if the supervisor is unavailable, employees will contact the next appointed person. An emergency would be a condition where, if not addressed, the condition would create an issue of health, safety, security, or damage to property or equipment. If no supervisor is available employees will address the emergency and submit the work order or have the employee who had emergency submit the work order. 19.4.2. These requests will be initialed by the person doing the work at such time as the work is completed and returned to either the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services or his/her designee.
Work Requests. PTKO will estimate and execute design and development tasks, as requested and approved by Client, in the following fashion: • All Client work requests will be delivered in writing through the PTKO project portal. (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) • PTKO will provide estimates for work requests received from Client though our project portal. • Once Client acknowledges and provides clear approval to begin work ParsonsTKO will schedule staff to begin work. • PTKO will execute Client approved work requests until the work request is complete and confirmed as complete by the Client. • If a work request is in danger of substantially (more than 6 hours) exceeding PTKO's initial estimate, PTKO will inform Client and ask for approval of a revised estimate before proceeding. • PTKO will work with Client to identify a mutually agreeable delivery window for work. Availability for urgent requests is not guaranteed by this Agreement, PTKO will schedule work to be completed and delivered to client in scheduled fashion. No service level agreements for guaranteed work request response times are implied or a part of this Agreement. • PTKO will deliver work to Client's TEST environment at their hosting provider. • PTKO & Client will jointly QA work and declare it ready for production • PTKO will attempt to limit the amount of “overhead” spent deploying work by planning monthly pushes of code to Client’s production environment.
