RECORD OF GRIEVANCE. Copies of all formal written grievances and all formal replies shall be sent to the Union office and the Human Resources Department without delay. Resolutions shall be acted upon by all Parties.
RECORD OF GRIEVANCE. All documents, communications and records dealing with the processing of a grievance shall be filed separately from the personnel files of the participants.

  • Union Grievance The Union may initiate a grievance if the grievance involves a group of employees and if the grievance is submitted in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the employees were or should have been aware that the grievance existed.

  • Management Grievance The Employer may initiate a grievance at Step 3 of the grievance procedure by the Employer or designate presenting the grievance to the President of the Union or designate. Time limits and process are identical to a union grievance.
