Recruitment Practices Sample Clauses
The Recruitment Practices clause sets out the standards and procedures an organization must follow when hiring new employees or contractors. It typically outlines requirements such as non-discrimination, transparency in job postings, and adherence to applicable labor laws. For example, it may require that all job candidates are evaluated based on merit and qualifications, and that recruitment advertisements are accessible to a diverse pool of applicants. The core function of this clause is to ensure fair, ethical, and legally compliant hiring processes, thereby reducing the risk of discriminatory practices and promoting equal opportunity.
