Reporting Criteria. In addition to any details specified above, the reports will summarize at minimum: (i) each Error occurring during the applicable period to which the report applies; (ii) any Failure with respect to any Service Level during the applicable period to which the report applies (including the applicable Service Level, root cause of the problem resulting in such Failure, immediate solution to such Failure, and proposed permanent correction of such Failure); (iii) all Credits, if any, imposed for any such Failures; and (iv) the raw calculation data for all such Service Levels and Credits.
