Section 12.6. 22 All employees subject to this Agreement shall be entitled to participate in District approved tax shelter 23 annuity plans. On receipt of a written authorization by an employee, the District shall make 24 contributions by withholding authorized deductions from the employee’s salary and remitting same to 25 the selected plan.
